I bought this phone on white colour and it's having a very nice design , at that money i couldn't wish for more(performances), it would be a lot better with 1Gb Ram and a Quad core for now i'm still waiting for 4.4 android.

      I am sorry but I have checked with my technical team and unfortunately this model of handset will not be received the new KitKat update as its reached the end of its update cycle.

        AnonD-82756, 27 May 2014No because I phoned LG UK and had it confirmedOK, good enough for me. The only thing that puzzles me is why LG haven't announced it publicly yet..
        A lot of L7II users are mad at LG for not providing the update and are threatening to abandon LG, giving bad comments, but a simple public announcement would calm everyone down and thus prevent any negative feedback..

              I have just had it confirmed by LG UK this will indeed have KitKat and will start seeding update second half this year.

LG's official website is definitely not untrusted, in fact it's the only website we should trust on this matter. You should stop misleading people and learn something for a change. See my post from 22/05.
                        L7 II will get KitKat by the end of this year, no question about it.

                              it is shown in storage that internal memory is 1.78GB but it should be 4GB isn't it?? why is that??
