Is it true? if that is true, then we r left with only 2.3 gb of space for apps. can we move apps to sd card? i did not find the option to move. thx for the reply

hi, i just want to ask a quetion, the L9 comes with 5mp camera right? is there any 8mp camera version of L9? cause i saw in the LG Cambodia official FB page, they say that L9 has 8mp camera.

I am using this phone from one week.,the first thing i have to share is, this phone surprised me with its excellent touch response and crystal clear sound quality on calls. I change my phones regularly, prior to this model i was using samsumg s advance and i used xperia sola. Both were so nice phones. I never purchased a phone in lg, thinking that lg is not doing well in android phones. But after i used this model i changed my false belives against lg. Guys dont listen to anyone, coz i do degarde lg when people asking me about that. Please check with someone who is using this phone. I really happy with its display and battery life.

The phone is simply great, I got it a week ago and installed a lot of apps on it. It's still smooth and even if you keep a heavy live wallpaper there is no lag in the UI.
Video recording is great and even the camera is okay for an occasional photo-shoot, the hardware specs are really awesome for the price range. I can live with the ICS as it's not a dated OS but I just hope that LG rolls out JB soon enough.
For all those gamers out there, I played GTA 3, Blood And Glory and Max Payne on it and they ran really well with zero frame drops.
The only con is the sub-par loudspeaker which can be improved via a third party app from the play store.
All said its a great phone, you get a Galaxy Nexus at a cheaper price.

I have purchased this phone on 12.12.12 from mobile store & got delivery yesterday only (02.01.13) that also in black, not in white which i have ordered.
They also charged me wrongly for EMI processing fee nearly 1800 rs. which should not be charged.
When i was trying to contact them for delivery & charges then no one had reply & always got false commitments.
I would strongly recommend to purchase from somewhere else.
Regarding phone i'v got it yesterday only so have not used much though one thing i didn't liked much was plastic...It has very thin plastic cover which do not feel very reach. Cover is thinner than hard board.
and camera is also not up to expectation though overall phone is nice.
Worth the price tag.

1 GB ramso the internal storage(sd card) is only 2.7 gb and u cant use external card as sdcard to put game data on it unless u root the phone???????

hi guys.. i'm on a lookout for a phone under 25000(INR) = $500, i was first hooked on galaxy note but at 28000 in my city.. it is out of budget. i require a big screen, simple apps running capability and good sound quality(loud enough to hear my ringtone).
What do you advise. and are covers available for this phone, no accessories available for it on ebay as of now

I bought L9 P765 from Pai Mobiles in Bangalore 3 days ago after 1 month of research ( I evaluated Sony, Samsung, HTC and LG). I needed a big screen and good battery life and not the fastest CPU (would have to pay double to get the fastest). My needs for the mobile are reading reference pdf documents whenever needed and maps apart from phone and messaing. No videos and rare browsing and rare gameing. Coming from an O2 XDA Atom mobile, I was looking for a mobile with notification LED, but made that compromise with L9. After 3 days of use, that is one function I miss in L9.
The pros - The device is great and very lightweight. Everything works butter smooth.
The phone dialler is BEAUTIFUL - such great simplicity and aesthetics! Call quality is superb. Everyone in the family who used my phone said the same. Even the remote parties said that my voice was coming out crystal clear! There is minimum bezel around the screen thus minimizing the size of the overall phone inspite of having such a large 4.7" screen. It also makes the phone look so elegant. And I like that there is a real physical button for Home. Wish they had real buttons for the other two (Back and settings). Comes with a Task/RAM widget which I put on my Home screen. It is just a one-button click to clear RAM and get back garbage space. Out of the box with nothing running, about 430MB of RAM is in already in use! I loked he LG UI - which is much simpler than the complicated HTC UI. Moreover we get the Android quick status bar (with buttins for WiFi, Bluettooth etc) in the notification panel. This is missing in HTC UI.
The cons - screen is extremely reflective and catches finger smudges. Needs cleaning all the time. In sunlight readability is extremely poor unless high brightness is set. The headphones are ordinary and have poor bass response, but on the positive side fit nicely in the ear without any discomfort. The factory installed screenguard comes with printed text and so was useless and had to pay to apply one (no readymade screenguard for this model, the shopkeeper cut it into shape from another bigger phone's (possibly Note 2). The screen is a great battery hogger. With only phone active (wifi, bluetooth, GPS, Internet data switched off) after 10 hours of overnight the battery is down by only 3%. But use the screen, it goes down faster. The screen is so attractive you want to use it (obviously it is a new toy, so few days will want to keep using it even if not required!).
Conclusion - I am thoroughly pleased I bought this phone. Now I am trying to figure out how to carry it - I had a belt pouch for my XDA Atom phone plus a strap to ensure it woul not slip out of the hand. But unfortunately all manufacturers seem to aping Apple - no provision for attaching a strap, no notification LED.
