very good phone only drawback sometimes freezes and have to take
the battery out then sfter 1 minute reinsert battery and it work's

i find the phone very bad the volume is very soft,i can't even play music without headphones.

Excelent low budget phone!
I have it since May 2012.
For 100 Euros I it is a great phone.
Battery longs for 1 day or 2 days, depends how intense is the use.
Have 1 big problem: it has a low internal memory. It means you cannot have may apps. Even with a root, many apps does not permit instalation in the sd card.

Having owned this phone for 2+ years I find that the phone does not hold its charge for longer than a day, charge today dead the next day, is the battery shot ....??

bhong, 15 Jun 2013wow thats great!! can u teach me how to upgrade it to 4.1 l... moreFirst of all root your machine using rooting software(I preferred "unlockroot23.exe"), then install ROM Manager and Clock Work Mod Recovery and the rom you want to install(Jenkins rom android 4.2.2 RC4 build is almost 99% stable). Then flash and enjoy. Different rooting and flashing techniques are available in the web. Please refer for elaboration using google search. Thanks

a new problem began,it started switch off automatically.once or twice for every day.after removing and reinserting battery and after turning it on it works.could any one suggest me how to over come this problem plz

my phone crashed because i downloaded a ROM or something and i cant open my phone now,how can it be fixed? is there a reboot on the phone or something?

This without doubt one hell of a device. 2 years 2 months. Still falling in love with this masterpiece day by day. My bad perception about LG changed fully after owning this master piece. Again, as obvious, the only way to fully enjoy this killer machine is to ROOT it. People asking how to install Jellybean, ICS etc., ROOT is the only solution. Having tried almost all ROMS, GingerBread still rules with Battery Life the main consideration. If you can post a question in this site, then you are also capable of searching internet on how to root the phone and apply the custom ROMS. Once rooted, you need to partition the SD card & use Link2SD app to overcome low memory issue. I've installed almost 50 apps (almost half of them heavy) and I still have 90mb free space.
Having said all these, I would like to ask one question. Which would be the apt replacement for this master-piece in today's technology(any company)?
