my update tool says the latest version is v10e, wen i have selected india as country
wen malayasia is selected then v10g
wen romania is selected then v10h
were is gingerbread friends ;(

It's a nice phone but having a few problem which I am unable to sort out. On connecting the mobile with PC using the USB cable I, SD card is not getting recognized although I have enabled USB debugging and mass storage only. Also, contacts and all are getting syc with the PC. If anybody have any idea please give me solution.

should i root my optimus one 2.2.1 froyo... i was waiting for gb update to solve touch lag bug for playing hd games....but seems gb update also has the bug.. so i can root n install miks rom n custom kernel with 2.3.5 ... wat to do.. or wait for official update...

had this phone for only a few months. the biggest problem i had with this phone is the slow CPU (only 600 Mhz). That sucks a lot when you are surfing the web, updating your apps, and playing games. so regretted buying this.

[deleted post]Just go to lg service centre,they will do it in just 30 minute,i did it last evening,just smooth like butter,the display is more attractive & touch is like waterflow,version is v20b..

seems you people are right about lg pulling off the update , but i dont know why??
i updated on 25th early morning but now update is UNAVAILABLE..
ask the lg service guys and i think VENKAT is one of them!!!!

the update i got is better than cm7 and i literally mean it!! just update (whenever it is available) and see yourself all technical aspects on my blog.

after updating to gingerbread i can not sync my phone with pc.everytime i trying it the message coming is'no response from phone'. my pc suite is also updated to latest version.can anyone help please?

I live in UAE but I had bought it from Delhi. I am also not getting any notification for upgrade either from mobile or mobile support tool. How can I upgrade it to the official one released?

Its weird but we gotta live with it. I aint a techie like ace else I'd have preferred Mik's OS (Based on CM) over the stock. Anyways, getting the upgrade either through the support tool or service center seems imminent.

Acehacker and Kandhari!!!
I just wanted to share my experienc..dowloaded the B2CApp file and installed..Changed the country to India..it installed some 14 mb file then...It asked me to connect the phone,finally message came as already latest version and no need to uodate...my version 2.2.2 and V10E
How cani get Gingerbread and I wanna tell you that I am worried to install GB using KDZ method.
Any LG approved method is there or wat?Pls help!!
