Friends if any of you facing a problem of short
or less memory ie the internal memory then do
this
Settings > apps > manage applications > now
press the menu button and select sort by size
After this select any application and select clear
cache
You can also select clear data , by doing this the
application will be there in your phone and after you select that application it will
work from the begining. . . nothing to worry at
all . . . . . . I had just 45 mb free memory but after
doing so I now have 90 mb free space . . . . .
Applications like browser ie the default android browser takes a lot of necessary space and
becomes a space hog . . . . . so by this method can
be useful at times . . .

ROOTING Optimus
S Neo, i have used z4root.apk
followed the same procedure which has posted on XDA Developers forum to do the rooting...
Works great... whn the applications asks for temporary or permanent root v hav to choose Permanent, only then v will b able to Un-root.
Re-root or Un-root is available whn v open the z4root app...
and also Super User Icon s placed under the Main applications where as z4root is placed under the Downloads category...

did u open root app and see the following
Re-root or Un-root
Only then devie is rooted
,
Confirm on it
ALL ARE DONE ON SELF INTEREST AND RISK,CAN EVEN BRICK YOU PHONE;;;;;;;;CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!
Process on ROOTING
1)There are 2 ways ,Manually add and modify files in Root directory and easy method of pre APPS
Let us follow APPS version as its more easier,remember its just ROOTING and its not flashing custom ROM,thats diffrent
1)Download z4root.1.3.0.apk ,google on net and you will get it
2)If downloaded on PC ,move it to SD card else from phone fine
3)Install the app
4)The phone will install and reboot(approx 40 sec!!!)
Dont panic
5)Once done open teh APP again and it should have options
Re-Root or Un root
that hopefull shows its a done !!!!!!!
Now u can access root to full fledge and modify whatever you want
One such is Setting CPU Speed:
Process:
Download SetCPU from market its 1.99 $
install and open the app
there will be Higher and lower frequency limitsand temp control functions,set to what you want
CAUTION!!!!!!
remember do not over exceed freq more as it will heat up CPU and phone
and always Upper limit> lower limit

Call quality on the P500 is BAD. but many here have said its VERY GOOD. May be I have a bad unit.
What should I do to improve sound on calls.???

friends , iam facing one problem when i connect myO1 through pc suite and select music or video,it says "connecting in original mass storage mode " and on the phone mode is converted to mass storage but on pc in pc suite it says sd card not inserted please insert sd card.
how to solve this issue.

Dear Pal's, dis fone does not have Flashlite 4 nor Flashplayer 10. So those who wanna've full browsing experience. Kindly check n verify this well and go for it. Rather than this its a very good Android mobile in recent times. One of best of best from LG,

Even I was earlier reluctant to buy the phone due to the 'brand' name that it carries with it. But honestly speaking, i waited for around 2 months studying reviews and specs about different phones including those that didn't fit my budget. Before that i was hellbent on buying the nokia symbian i.e. C5 or X6 and then came to know about android OS. The other good phones in this price range are the galaxy 3,SE xperia and HTC wildfire but all i can say is that the optimus one outclasses them all. And the fact is that it sold 1 million units in just 45 days! The optimus series of phones is simply fab and it has surely transformed my pessimistic thinking about LG phones. The optimus 2X which is yet to arrive is already being touted as the 'iphone killer'! Recently talks were going on about the new Huawei X5 and X6 which will cost aroud Rs. 17000 and it has great specs, but i cannot comment upon the reliability of those features until more reviews pour in. In the end I would like to say that the optimus is an amazing phone for its price.
