Very nice phone! bought it last 19th Dec. Mine is red. Love the color, love the design. Black is boring. qwerty keypad is so awesome, buttons are far from each other, i can press them easily. i dont recommend numerical keypad though. camera is nice, its even better than my samsung with a 3.2MP. No problem browsing the internet. No problem with battery. Over-all experience is just great! My officemates are so jealous, they will also buy this phone. for its cheap price, this is the best phone.

i am using swype now.
1st go to http://beta.swype.com/
register with your mail id and a password
then they will send a link to your mail to confirm it
after dat u have to go to ur mail box and confirm it by clicking the link and login. then click swype beta. click to downlode swype installer.
run the installer it will ask for mailid and password
after putting it select 2.5mb(english & spanish) coz the 10mb file has more language ( u cant mov it to ur sd card) *** u have to do all these with ur phone browser not pc.
and after confirming ur registration if u do not find the swype installer just mail me on bbose.in@gmail.com
i will send my installer to u. BUT 1ST u have to register ur id and confirm it, on swype web site. otherwise the installer wouldn't work.

The android platform has no support for Groups in contacts and messaging by default.
So none of Android platform have pre installed one-except only when its inferfaced by companies on mobiles,
need not worry as there are a lot apps to create and manage groups in andriod market

[deleted post]Swype download isn't available right now bt try this app called shapewriter. Its like swype and its free. I'm using it and it works really well.

Hi all..
I'm an HTC WILDFIRE user.
Its a nice phone but I was disappointed with the low res display quality. Also, I could feel the slow 528MHz processor. Having a 384MB was cool, but you can't compensate for the slow processing.
LG Optimus One has a better processor (600Mhz), better RAM (512MB) and also a much better display (320x480 pixels).
HTC, even having a 16M display, fails to make up for the low res. Although LG doesn't have a 16M display, the high res makes up for everything that HTC's 16M display can't!!
If you think having a 5MP is great, then please bother yourselves to research on it. The HTC's 5MP cam isn't that great at producing high quality pics. It really is far behind the Nokia's High Quality 5MP photos. Even Samsung's 3MP pics could resemble the HTC's 5MP cam quality.
I am planning to sell my HTC, where it has just been 9days when I purchased it. I don't think anyone would buy it off me after reading this. LOL!!
Hope this helps you in making the right choice.
I really regret buying HTC and spending Rs 14,800!! :(
