Return to the shop concerned to exchange for new one if it under in-house warranty which terms and conditions applied. Outside in-house warranty, send it for normal service under the 1 year warranty with the agent. My LG Op1 P500 is ok and have no problem so far. Bye.

hi to all the optimus users as well as to those who post their reviews and opinions. i purchased the phone upon reading the optimistic comments about the phone.
the phone is good except for a problem with the touchscreen that i am facing. i have to tap on the desired option/application 4-5 times as the first touch doesn't register i.e. the function doesn't execute on the first touch though a yellow coloured box appears when i press the button. please help.....

I'M back to Give detailed use of battery the whole day.
Brightness-10 percent.All network connections-off
Charged for 100percent in morning.
Heard 10 songs
3 full HQ Divx movies
Sent/Received 90 messages
Transferred 10 photos through BlueTooth
Played ANGRY BIRD for one hour approx
Used other applications for one hour approx.
No incoming/outgoing calls
And Battery level now is 50 Percent!!!!
What is your comment about that?

i wanna buy this cell,howz it overall? n d most important does it support video calling , as it do not hav secondary camera in front so can v use d camera behind for video calling? my friend said v can use tango software n do video calling...plz reply....
