Finally i'm back to J5 Prime
My J5 Prime camera more better.. no overheating.. and fingerprint more fast to unlock

      Fingerprint access does not exist. Face recognition is hit or miss. Overall though I like phone.

        Got Oreo 8.1 today in Canada.
        Cell signal is worse now.
        This phone is worthless, like I said in a previous post...
        A 7 yr old iPhone 4s gets better signal than a 2017 phone is disgusting.

          I have this phone for a year, and I love it. Never had problem with it, and I got Oreo a few days ago. And photos I made are very good too. I had many midrange phones from other brands, but LG for me is the best. :)

                  Sure enough all the areas I could not get a signal with the Q6 I got perfectly fine with the 4s.
                  A 7 year old phone had better cell range, pathetic.
                  LG should be ashamed of themselves.

                      Ovetheating issue . I bought a lg q6 last week from showroom. Its geting ovetheated after 10 min if you play youtube or online vedios or vedio in normal quality. Even i fear whether the phone ll get busted. I went to showroom nd they say its normal for this q6. Better go for other brands.

                        SS, 27 Aug 2018Is anyone else experiencing poor cell signal on this phone?... moreSeems that LG Q6 has problems with signal reception on both SIMcards. It keeps losing signal and always searching, no matter what card providers installed. Switching to "GSM/WCDMA auto" mode doesn't solve this problem. Strange

                          Is anyone else experiencing poor cell signal on this phone?
                          On my many other phones I never had a problem, now in places I could get a signal I can't anymore.
                          Been through 3 providers and same story.
                          Had to go freedom so I could use wifi calling feature.

What i like about LG is that they want to try new things even if they fail. They introduced curved displays on Flex phones (i think for the first time in smartphone market), same goes with back cover power&volume keys and lastly Q6's round edge display. That little change on displays really makes a difference!

                                I have this phone for backup now, used as main phone before upgraded to G6. After last update to 7.1.1, battery feel better and last longer. However both camera still mediocre. You have to be at really good lighting to get average picture. Lol. When I used 4G, it has better battery backup, rather than using 3G that also getting really hot on hand. And wifi feel really slow imo. Otherwise, I like the design, but now crap brand like xiaomi imitate this round edge display and it become common.

Plus Q6 already have Oreo update (8.1) available in many regions and J5 is still on Nougat but it is getting Oreo too but knowing Samsung, it will take a while before it starts rolling.
