2 weeks after purchase, scratch on the glass, even though it is placed in a pants pocket without anything except a smartphone.
2 months after purchase, then fell from the pants pocket (70 cm) to the ceramic floor, cracked touchscreen, dented casing.
9 months after purchase, fell to asphalt, the touchscreen broke.
Is the display really Corning Gorilla Glass 3?
better my old redmi 1S with same condition for touchscreen.

Brilliant phone.Better than iPhone X. I recommend this for all users, especially South Indians.

I bought LG Q6 from 2017. I use it until now in 2019 and I have no significant problems, even after falling from a vehicle, being occupied, being hit by a power bank, and many more but my cellphone condition is still running normally. There are only left cracks on the screen only. I really recognize LG in its endurance, strong battery management and very beautiful screen properties so I don't want to change my cellphone until now. the only problem is that if I use the game for a long period of time then my cellphone will heat up and I understand that because it still uses a low performance chipset. I will only replace it until it can't operate anymore but before that happens I will remain loyal to my LG Q6.

The phone is absolute rubbish. Had it only for a little over a year. Phone just turned off while listening to music. Brought it to an LG service center, it was a board problem replacement costs the same as when I bought it brand new, files cannot be recovered. Phone did not drop or wasn't anywhere near water. The board just gave up.
LG low quality poor performing phones. Will never buy one again from this brand.

Rubbish. Died on me, just lasted for just a little over a year. Brought to an lg service center and they said its a board problem. Replacement will cost me about the same price of the phone when i bought it brand new.
No drop, not soaked in water just died on its own while lostening to music.
Weak low quality phone. Stopped buying lg since then.

I bought one LG q6 on last June. When I open the contacts the contacts shows many times in the phone. So kindly help some one how will remove these contacts from phone

Bought this phone in Dec-2018, not with very high expections. Primary reason was it’s compact size and its camera performance that I checked during purchase and compared its photographs with some other phones in similar price range. After using this phone for 6 months, I am happy with its performance. I am not a heavy user of phone. Battery lasts always more than a day, sometimes I charge it after 2 days. I also have IPhone 6, and picture quality of Q6 seems better than IPhone 6. Never experienced any hanging or heating problems so far. I don’t play games on it, can’t comment on it. It’s light weight and pocketable phone compared to many newer phones. If you like compact phones, this series is good. Q7 should be okay in 2019. It has a face detection feature that works well. Not missing much finger print sensor.
