whem i'm downloading fro mthe net unto it take long why.but i must say i got i bitch out of that,that's amazing .is't it .every body muswt come to the LG world.

best phone i have ever had!!!! and ive had a few
went onto the 3g network in the uk because of the amazing call prices and have found the network to be a bit patchy but have found on the lg you can manually switch onto the g network (basically o2) and get great call quality.
the only thing up with the fone is no bluetooth which is a major omission but you just have to see the quality of the screen it is amazing!!! when you download video clips from the 3g network (which are very quick) it is like watching your telly, compare to say nokia 6230 there is no comparison at all

look ppl that are unsure about buying this fone. i'm pretty skilled wif my fones but i noe that all Lg fones are faulty and they will have probs. first of all its huge and chunky and you will have it freezing from time to time. but the worst thing in the world is the fone is locked onto 3G which is the worst company that cant help you with anything and the calling quality is hell crap. if you want a good quality fone get a nokia, samsung or sony ericsson these are big companies and their fones dont lag!!!

no bluetooth what is it with koreans and why keep changing each model slighty to make people upgrade when this all should of been on 8110 phone 2nd colour screen ect ,samsung copy cats but with d500 having bluetooth maybe lg will copy soon.

This phone started off great but it went downhill from there. people i phoned complained about a horrible squeaking noise at the other end and they couldn't hear me; then it started freezing, requiring me to take out the battery or it wouldn't let me turn it back on. This, in turn, led to it deleting phone numbers - v annoying. Then it started turning itself off at random times despite having plenty of battery. Despite sending it off for repair, i dont think they did anything because it still freezes and turns itself off. And tonight it has decided to crash, then reset itself into german, reset all the modes, delete yet more numbers from my phonebook; and i cant access anything in my inbox, as it doesnt seem to recongnise that anything is there. not really sure what the point of it is now!

A good, nice phone. I wish to have more memory, or extra memory (MMC, SD), but at this price is excelent!
Some people does not know how to import/export multimedia files with the original LG software, so read this:
First, U have to connect the USB cable to computer, and to the phone, with the phone ON. Windows MUST detect automaticaly the new hardware, and ask for drivers. U have to install the LG DRIVERS... U found this in the DRIVERS directory on LG CD-ROM. You will find a very good manual for instalation, just browse the CD-ROM, look well and read carefuly!
After that, U could proceed to install LG Phone Manager (this is found on LG CD-ROM).

hey lucas, no this phone does not come with pre-installed games. You have to download them from the networks content server.

hi for some reason i cant install the lg hardware on my pc , a messege keeps cumin up that the software you are instaling (lg****), has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatiblity with window xp .....so how can this problem be sorted ?????????/ anyone who can HELP ME pls e-mail ..thanks.....

LGU8120 is one of the best phone i ever accross especially in Nigeria where i live.But the unfortunate thing about the phone is that it does not recognise my simcard base on that it does not also recognise my network provider.The phone is formatted for USIMCARD instead SIMCARD.Please how do i make my beautiful phone work very well with my simcard in my country where USIMCARD is not available. Please help
