Thats why its called multimedia monster content creator. i almost trade my v20 for oneplus 5. Yes thats true performance on oneplus 5 beast but when i hands on oneplus 5 the phone was lack of features that v20 does. Im still love hifi Quad DAC and love some awesome stuff on myV20.

There is no need to update phones. Updates bring as many if not more problems that what they're supposed to solve. It's true for all brands and phones. The carrier specific versions are the worst.
I hate that phone experts, technicians, sellers, reviewers persuade / convinde people to want updates. (For example when you buy a phone, don't allow the seller to setup your phone for you, because he will install all updates, register accounts, ... despite you want an untouched, "virgin" phone.)

My experience with V20 was terrible. After 4 months I had an up date appear on the phone and 22 hours later the phone stated tiling, the screen started rolling, then went black, the phone then became extremely hot.

v20 users...dont wory about diaplay burn issue..use Twilight app for display burn..set colour temp 3221k..intensity 20%..screan deam 20%...am use this app from 3 monts...your prob slove in 15 to 20 min.

Pups, 21 Apr 2018Screen burn / Screen retention I have contacted LG service... moreScreen burn is different from screen retention. The first is temporary, while the second is permanent. Screen retention goes away after the phone screen is off for a while or when the static screen display shifts to another screen that doesn't have the same static screen elements as the first screen. All LCD displays suffer from temporary screen retention at varying degrees while all Amoled displays tend to suffer from more serious/permanent screen burn. Would recommend replacement for the second (permanent screen burn) but not the first. A true screen burn in can be distinguished from temporary screen retention in that in the first, static images persist even after the phone has been turned off overnight.

I have contacted LG service Center & they have confirmed its hardware issue / Display issue, get the device in Shop & will replace Display.

US996 specs meet the Verizon band requirements but when I try verizon card phone shows triangle notification which means roaming. I currently use ATT.
Do you know if this model work with VZN.

I... moreThere are differences in hardware among V20 variants so flashing a stock ROM not intended for your specific V20 variant model may brick your phone. I believe it's possible to flash a different stock ROM as long as your V20 hardware is compatible with the new ROM. Either way, I suggest you go to XDA forums and see which stock ROM's or custom ROM's you can use safely with your V20 variant: https://forum.xda-developers.com/v20/development

I just bought an LG V20 Canada version h91510e yesterday. Is there any way to flash across other version stock rom? Or is there any stable custom rom have all stock camera and Hifi DAC features recommend?

Anonymous, 09 Apr 2018Why do I get a feeling your phone is all you have, too? ... moreLet me answer some of your questions. FM radio offers local broadcasts and DJ's in my local language. I prefer listening to it on the treadmill over some predictable recorded music or some online music service. It's just not for driving and commutes. It's also for leisure and emergencies/calamities. I believe Samsung is bringing back FM radio in future flagships (at least in US releases) due to its importance in calamity situations. IR blaster - well I lost my car's stereo remote and my TV and cable tv box remotes frequently get misplaced, always need battery replacement, not to mention, are monopolized by other members of my household. My aircon can be controlled by my V20 too. It is such a very important feature once you program all your remotes into your V20. Storage space, you can never have enough if you like to watch movies everywhere on anybody's tv. Just bring your small slimport device and you're good to go. No data needed. I do have Xbox with kinect, Playstation and a home theater system with 60" LED tv which I use mostly for movie viewing. If only the Iphone X or Samsung Note 8 or Huawei Mate Pro has all the features of the V20, then I wouldn't mind spending even much more than those devices are currently selling.

The ZIM file for this is 60GB big. I purchase Google play movies and download them offline at the highest quality and watch them over slimport/tv when I'm home. Right now, I've used up 102GB out of my 200GB sd card. Memory is important to me as are with most movie enthusiasts.
