Non-removable battery is a new tactic of the big greedy corps to make you replace your phone sooner. If you give a basic care to your phone, your phone will sure last longer than your battery.

I would like a Smartphone that is better than the Galaxy Note 4.
The 30 sounds a decent phone, but it would not handle the amount of us that my Note 4 gets with my five batteries.
I would love to hear one good reason why batteries can't be replaced, would you buy a car if the bonnet was sealed up.
For some reason technology declines for a while until there is some real improvement.

My association with LG started last year with LG G5 and currently I'm using V20 and wish to use V30 as well since V20 has no IP68 rating and no daydream support! Hope V30 also comes with a dedicated memory card slot as V20. The specifications given right now here is tentative.

I 've used LG G5 and now using LG V20 and would also probably use V30 as well since V20 has not the IP68 rating. LG is an extremely good brand regarding phones and other electronic appliances but unlike Samsung, since they don't spend so much in advertisements people don't buy much.

If the v30 really got the sliding display as we heared in rumors mill then it will be smartphone of the year 2017.

Looks good from the concept, would say it definetely needs better rear cameras and other improvements building on the high spec V20, also if that price tag gets fat it may see a dip in popularity, otherwise i wish i had one!

Don't know if it will be like this. Like S8, G6 etc... But hope it won't have edge screen and as someone else said, please for any reason, won't use inferior sensors like in G6. Huge deal breaker. Many steps backwards using 1/3 sensor ant trying to fix things through software. All are matter of physics. Use 1/2.3 sensor, f1.8 or f1.7 with 1.55 pixel size. And make your software miracles using these.....
Otherwise it will be another lost opportunity.. (Pleased Owner of V10)

Very disappointing to see no removable battery. The batteries NEVER last long before needing to install a new one (they turn to shite within two yrs). Any manufacturer who has this along with a headphone jack will corner a market share that I will certainly be a part of.
So LG may have lost me here. Might have to get the V20 and be done with it for as long as possible... buy a dozen batteries to make it last longer?
