So far I think this is a good upgrade; altough if we compare most devices currently announced, Asus' new phone will have the most price/quality ratio.

This phone is rubbish! What is LG doing? I don't like the way the company is playing its cards. SD835 with 6GB of RAM is not enough to compete with other flagship phones with SD845. If LG priced the phone right, the device could be a hit but here in the Philippines, the damn phone V30S is as expensive as a Note 8!

If they slap a dual speaker on this and improve the front facing camera, it will really stand out. I do not get why put so much effort into making a crazy good device and then disregard the front facing camera as if its 2014...

AnonD-446869, 05 Mar 2018Opps Lg did it again with last year chipset. Why not soc 845??? Cos LG only export tested chips. That's why LG G4 did great with SD 808. SD 810 was released but it was not fully tested... And later it turned out that SD 810 was overheating on many devices. You can say whatever you want about LG but these guys play it safe.

Just upgraded RAM and storage option don't make this phone as successor, more like a Pro version of plus version, the chipset still same despite the competition has using SD845. But if that's mean this phone'll sell cheaper then I might consider it
