Daemon, 30 Apr 2020That mil grade is a load of bsht. My G6 dropped from sittin... moreAngle/point of impact plays a vital role. Can drop from shoulder height and it won't break. Can also drop from 1 foot above pavement and it breaks.
In short, it depends.

Daemon, 30 Apr 2020That mil grade is a load of bsht. My G6 dropped from sittin... moreWell I mean, to be fair, there's probably some hidden disclaimer in the rating that tells you it's only applicable under such and such conditions.
So the mil-spec rating is true, it's just that there are several "buts" and "ifs" that hide the fact that it will still obviously crack/shatter when dropped in the real world.

Copy the cat, 30 Apr 2020Then buy the cheap phone that suit you that having no Ip68.... moreThat mil grade is a load of bsht. My G6 dropped from sitting distance and cracked the screen in the lower corner going in a 2 way line `til the middle of the screen. I`m scared to see one fall from eye distance when taking selfies or something. Back of the case is stronger than the most important part of the phone meaning the screen. So that military grade is just marketing crap.

Great job LG. Pretty solid phone for $300-$400. Oops.
Seriously, this wireless charging is just a gimmick. You still have to put your phone down, and worse when you pick it up it won't charge, that's why I still prefer wired.

The price with the specs is like that is far too expensive, is this realy a mid ranger price? Think again if LG don't want to lose the market
