1. 765G is more efficient and is cheaper
2. 4000 mAh is because of weight and it's enough for the chipset
3. This is a new phone concept and they can't dump more money into it. The more people have this phone in their hands the better. That's why we see some cost cutting.
Honestly if the price is under 1000$ it will be a very good phone. And I don't think that 865 would make a big difference. I wish them all the best.

The phone is great and imo the processor is excellent choice as it doesn't consume lot of battery ... But for fk sake where is the high refresh screen ! Like it's lg and it's a media centric device .high refresh rate was must. Hope they will release a plus variant .

I love this phone, the fresh design and yet powerful enough. Of course I can not afford it, but I'd buy, if I had enough spare money for it. Yeah, battery could be a more powerful at least 5200 mAH
