LG X power lands at Boost Mobile today, arrives at Sprint on September 23
After having made its way to Cricket already, the LG X power is now also available at Boost Mobile, one of Sprint's prepaid brands. The X power's main claim to fame is its big 4,100 mAh battery, which Sprint claims will be good for 33 hours of talk time.
This version of the X power also comes with a different chipset compared to the international model. Gone is the MediaTek MT6735, its place taken by the MT6755, also known as Helio P10. This comes with a 1.8 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU - a big upgrade compared to the 1.3 GHz quad-core processor in the vanilla X power.
The handset sold by Boost Mobile has a 5.3-inch 720p touchscreen, an 8 MP main camera, a 5 MP selfie snapper, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, and LTE support. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It can be purchased for $129.99 plus tax and sans contract, of course. The phone will be out at Sprint on September 23, where you'll be able to grab it using an installment plan. It will be offered for $0 down (plus tax) followed by 24 monthly payments of $9.

Does it come with an extra logic board in the box? Should be standard with LG phones.
