LTE-flaunting Galaxy S II Skyrocket gets 2.3.6 OTA update

25 November, 2011

The AT&T-branded Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket is in the moment receiving and OTA update to Android Gingerbread 2.3.6. The itself doesn't specify what's new but we're guessing the run of the mill array of bug fixes is included.

It could also address the Google voice search issue some users have reported but that isn't specified either.

The update is available now via the settings menu under software updates, it's an over the air update so all you need is a stellar connection to the internet and enough battery juice to go through the process.

Thanks, vijay!
