Well, after searching (using GSMArena Phone Finder feature) for an Android device with maximum 4" display, at least 1GB of RAM and tv-out, Meizu MX 4-core poped out as the only device with these specs. Of course, there are other devices that met the required specs, but they aren't made for Europe. I think it's a very good device. This or Xiaomi M1 :)

You are referring to the Apple A5 and A5X systems-on-a-chip(SoCs). My uninformed friend, these chips were designed by Apple and ONLY fabricated by Samsung at their Texas factory, they are Apple's proprietary chips-not Samsung's. Please verify your facts before posting.
