Prime™, 06 Sep 2012Hell All, There now 2 others companies in the market wit... morehello brother,the price of iball andi 5c is few thousands above than mm a100 i dont know about karbon's model but spice mi-500 has also similar features with the price tag of 12k the only difference is mi-500 has android 2.3 gingerbread which can be upgrade to icsand still it is not available in the market.i think mm a100 is better option in every aspect.

both are have similar feature as that of MM A100 so please provide me the suggestion which could I buy.
Because you go any shop they show only this model as MM A100 is out of stok... please help out thanks in advance....

i am also tempted to buy this phone coz of the screen size. but before i buy i need answers to these questions
1) service of MICROMAX in mumbai
2) Resale value of MICROMAX phones
2) battery life
3) sound quality - music
4) call quality - is it clear without distortion
5) any dual core version expected with AISHA
6) will this be upgraded To jelly bean

hey guys
i hv purchased this phone 2 days after its launch which was on 17 August 2012,
really nice phone,
Screen is Awesome- its like similar to my 2 year old HTC Desire screen,
no issue with dual sim,
its defaults Browser sucks after 2-3 pages but Opera or Chrome browser speed is mind blowing,
3.5 mm jack is nightmare only works with default Headset other than this it only works with Headphone(without mic)
Sound Quality is 95% similar to Nokia N91
Equaliser Setting are also there
Using 16 Gb of memory card working fine but coping Data from phone to PC or PC to phone takes time like using -Chinese phone
Installing apps on 1.3 GB phone memory is smooth and Sufficient space
its internal SD memory of 1.4 GB is useless
Default Launcher is Smooth, Running other launcher sometimes laggy
using nextgen app for live Tv- is like Sugar on Cake
using Alice Voice app on this phone is wow
Angry bird space, Stick Cricket,Templerun, Amazing Alex,Fake WP8 screen, Nortan Anti-virus, go launcher ex, Beautiful widgets, C.H.A.O.S, MX player, Miui Player, Zplayer etc over 60 apps are installed and no problem during running on this Device
touch-screen response is like 90% similar to my iphone
only misses touch when few apps are open in Muktitasking
Free Ram is 90mb but can increased to 170mb just using Advance task killer(just set to kill background apps on screen OFF) + Juice defender pro
Charging takes 4hrs for Complete charge- but using 1Amp charger
fill this phone battery in 2:15hrs to full.
Battery is monster used 4hrs over Wifi still 52% battery remaining
some software glitches are there like phone screen turns off & On by its own on Standby
Charging never show 100% battery charging just shows 99% even when it is Full
Touch response on Picking Calls sometimes laggy

i want to root this phone and Over-clocked to 1.2 Ghz because i am missing smoothness on other launcher, i does not care abt battery drain on overclocked phone because this phone having Monster battery
can anybody tell me anyone tried this or tell me the procedure.

Dilbir,you are absolutely right its not available in Manish Market...however it was available in stock 3 days ago in Borivali Indraprast Shopping Center,
Guys,its better order it from Croma,its a wait for a day,if we order it today before 08:30 PM then they will arrange it for next day handover and will tell you to get it collected after 5PM.

I am scared to buy this phone at this stage...I have seen many people getting a defected one and then egtting it exchanged.....but now u don't even have a chance to buy the product as it is out of stock and after buying if there is any defect i do not know when will that issue be re-solved

Plz dont misguide anyone without proper confirmation. I have been to manish market , mumbai & its no where available here. Also too much hype for it so better wait for it to arrive in local shops as after all its a chinese product with indian hallmark
