I bought Micromax Canvas2 A110 on december 2012.now my Mobile has totally dead.I submitted my mobile in service center from last 12 days. Today I went your service center,what is wrong .. he start arguing with me after 10 min he gave me my mobile stating that issue resolve . Where as my Ph is not working & being cheated.No one is ready to take owenship.I have also tried contacting customer care of Micromax where my call is getting disconected repetedly.Its is also been escalated throgh email info@micromaxinfo.com from where I havent got any reply .and I dont see any escalation matrix.no one is ready to help me out.
Kindly I Request you Friend Don't buy any Micromax mobile.They provide hopeless service.

I bought A110 by pre-booking it on snapdeal.com in Dec 2012. The phone, in general, worked reasonably well at first sight. In fact it gives good value for money. Battery, of course, is a problem.
But within two days I found that its USB port not working. Ever since that day I have visited Micromax Service centre more than a dozen times got the phone "repaired" 4 times including 2 PCB replacements. And finally, as on today my phone is not working.
The biggest problem is Micromax Service. They take over 20-25 days for repairs if any component to be replaced. It seems that Micromax never supply spares in time. Service centre is very unfriendly and crowded with angry unsatisfied customers. I Micromax is listening!!

Really, its a true hard built phone ever. Ive been using it since last 2 month, even it had got a stroke while playing football, once i had hit my frnd with it, still working awsm, just like 1 i had newly bought...I toh lv it. mmmmmmmmuuuuuuuaaaaaaaahhh!!

its not a good phone to buy i bought it 1 and half months back in this time period mine display is going to be changed. overall its not a good phone to buy and service is third class not good at all
