Oh, Please don't even think of buying A116 or any other micromax smartphone.. smartness is of no use when you don't have proper battery backup. i got my phone 10 months back. In 6 months, my mble had to have live current to be on. two mins off the charger, it goes off..! Take my advice, do not buy this product! wasted thousands of bucks on this useless thing!!

Micromax phone has a sensor problem. The day when I purchased it - it was giving problem. Later I reached out to servicing center - they said it will be replaced in 8 working days. Now its more than that but phone is not repaired! Its still under warranty but they are not paying attention. I plan to go to consumer court against them. They are not a worth believing. My phone was of Rs. 13000 - A116 and I certainly want to make them realize that they just can't get rid of customers like that. They are answerable if they hv sold the product.

Nickless, 09 Jul 2014I bought this mobile on june 2013 & bought Galaxy S3 ne... morekindly check the battery whether its swollen up or not coz i had the same bubble under my screen. Upon showing it to service center, dey said it was because of d swollen battery n it was dangerous too. once i replaced d battery, d bubble no longer exist. evn d battery back up reduces due to swollen battery.
