rakshit, 30 May 2013Please tell the result of camera ? its realy 8 mpixl like s... moreBrought it one week back. It is a nice phone with descent features. Comes with Stock Jelly Bean and speed is very good.
Camera quality is also descent would not say best.
internet browsing is breeze with sharp pixels.
Overall good experience. I personally feel very good phone and excellent VFM. Samsung grand or quattro is bit costly due to some customization and touchwiz.
Simply saying: Samsung Grand - TouchWiz + HD = Micromax HD canvas

i used micromax A116 Canvas HD for twenty day. Major problems not countered. But after twenty days, one day the piece was heated a lot. I removed the battery and after its cooling, put the battery and stared. But it was not started. When, i went to the Micromax care centre in Hyderabad, they infomred that, the mother board and display was gone. Further, it will for three weeks time for reparing. I am having insurance for the phone also. The Care centre taking it for repair just, three weeks time. It has one year guarantee, one month expires in that, only 11 months will come. Worst servicing of Micromax.

Grand is beer only and only in terms of camera.. I have the guts to say that my handset, canvas hd does not have a better camera than grand.. Do u have guts to accept that grand has poor resolution, poor performance, lags, slow browsing, costly as per the specs, plastic not so good looks..
Accept it that Galaxy grand, win are such devices where Samsung has evidently shown that they just want to sell the stuff at high rates no matter what features device has..
I didn't like Samsung but I have sense to accept it that Samsung has many awesome android phones which r unbeatable at any cost.. But grand no ways...
I know u wont accept it.. Coz u dont want to.. So good for u.. Happy grand to u..

and also keep in mind that apple products are far better than samsung (who just copies whatever apple does)
Atleast Micromax gives all features at a affordable price

I have rooted my Canvas HD. Now i can play HD games like (Asphalt 7 , Need for Speed , battleship, Vice city.). I've no problem with my handset since i have been using from 2 months.

U jst calculated from ur end nt saw any experts reviews. U jst decided this is good, this is better than HD and wht U like in grand U jst mentioned here. Dude I already told in this page "" Samsung is really god but not this PARTICULAR MODEL"". This model have lot and lot issues. U can ask fr any other model I wll agree. Bt not fr this MODEL.Please read all the expert reviews before posting a comment. It is not gng to change with ur opinion. This is 2013 dude. 13) Grand has better camera
14) Grand will give regularly update for couple of years
15) Grand will never feel you shy because it is from Samsung
16) Grand has better sound quality.
17) Grand has many lock options.
18) Grand GPS is better
19) Grand front camera is better
20) and main Grand has touchwiz 3.0 it is fantastic.
that is why grand is better okayyyyyyy...
i think you are outdated person.. that is you dont like Grand..
go and first learn about features than give comment ok.

since there is just 1.77 gb user memory available or less its important
