Low light photography is good too in this phone. The flash is powerful to bright a darkened room! It records 1080p full HD videos and plays them smoothly.

Hi All,
Can anybody tell me how to record HD videos from Canvas HD. Is there any option which need to check first. I do get option when I click photos but I do not see such option when I record any videos. Please advice.

midhun, 29 May 2013how to remove widgets in this phoneYou can't remove the system widgets. However, if you installed a widget you can uninstall it by going to settings, apps then selecting the widget application and taping the option "uninstall.''

If you carefully use this phone then it would last for years. I haven't encountered any touch screen problem yet, it's been nearly a month i am using this phone.

White gets dirty and makes it noticeable whereas black color doesn't get smudges and doesn't get dirty. Go with black color if you don't like smudges on the back. Go with white if you want looks.

Both my SIM cards are on all the day. I don't have to put the phone into airplane mode to receive calls, sms(s), Internet browsing and making calls. Call quality is clear. Accelerometer works accurately and exactly, no issues with it. GPS gets locked within 6 minutes on 3G, 10 minutes on 2G. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get charged completely from 5% to 100%. Yes, the audio output from the speakers is low and not very clear but you can tweak it and it will be louder and clearer than it was before. In earphones the sound quality is nice and loud without any applications like Poweramp but the wires of the earphones that comes in the box are very thick. You gotta look for good quality headphones. Song quality in earphones with apps like Poweramp or without, is superb. Authentic. Whatsapp works fine without any issues. Battery backup is 7 hours approximately if you use Whatsapp or Facebook messenger continously. Yes the touch screen behaves horribly when charging. Even my Samsung Galaxy Y's touch screen misbehaves whenever on charge. This isn't an issue. You can find this screen misbehavior thing on many Android devices. No, i haven't rooted my phone but i have downloaded all the stuff required to root Micromax A116 Canvas HD, will do it after some months.

Just long press the widget buy wanna remove and drag it till the top center of the screen.. You will see "Remove" written there.. Just placenta on that.. Your widget will be removed..
