Had a very rough time with this handset...
Ordered it on 20th Feb, and got it on 24th March !
Then as soon as i unboxed, put my sim card in and switched on .. NO NETWORK !
Hassled with the service center for three days to get a DOA certificate issue so that i could be replaced.
Sent the mobile for replacement.. and snapdeal said that this problem is in almost all handsets mmxA116 ! So they would give back my money
Got my money back and now using nokia black and white mobile :(

U can download some battery apps frm Play store. Keep the brightness low, dnt turn on Bluetooth and gprs and Wifi whn nt in use. Main thing is ur telecom network. Whn the network fluctuate thn it drains battery a lot. If tht time u r gng to use for calling and GPRS use thn also it wll drain a lot. So jst take care these things. And after all android phones are not tht good in battery, hardly one day in over average use.

cheap phone , many defects , id rather buy an s3 than that cheap phone , im ashamed to bring that out to the public looks like a clone phone

karma, 24 May 2013Hey Guy's I found a circle moving near unlock screen butt... moreHey .. that is the indicator of your data limit set by you...if you touch the screen it will even show the data consumption of phone...you can off it in settings>data usage>set data limit....hope it will help..

Advantages ( Pros) -
DISPLAY - Almost like Samsung Galaxy Note 1, Resolution is 1280 x 720 HD , Very pleasant to your Eyes.
OPERATING SYSTEM - Latest 4.1.2 , Jelly bean .
PROCESSOR - Quadcore Processor, very fast Internet even in 2 G, Fast Gaming performance.
Battery- 2000 mah , Lasts more than one day. Please install Powermax , Juice defender , Battery Doctor , these 3 applications from the Google Play Store.
RAM - 1GB RAM fully available. Not like HTC , Sony or Samsung. They all say but give you very less Mbs for your applications.
INTERNET - So fast becos RAM is 1 GB and Quad core Processor.
CAMERA - Pretty decent HD Camera 8 MP. You can take full HD videos 1080 .
AUDIO OUTPUT - It is very decent . Even the call quality is awesome. Ear piece sound is good.
Now let me come to the CONS side.
Within the Price limit of RS 13000 - 14000., Almost none.
In a few Words my opinion.
Adorable, awesome and Amazing HD dual SIM Smartphone. I bought it from Cochin for just Rs. 13500. Guys please buy this . I wonder how Micromax can make these Smart phones at these rates. Thanks and Hats off to you.

kb, 24 May 2013hey friends.. please tell me which is better from canvas 2 ... moreI would go for canvas2.. Coz I owned canvas2 before this canvas hd.. Itz battery was freaking awesome.. I always ended up with at least 40-45% battery left at the end of the day.. Without playing games but.. That feature was extremely useful for me.. Hd doesn't have this quality.. But it is faster than canvas2 ofcourse... And yes.. My piece is Hd in true terms... Wish it had good batter backup like canvas2..
