Cant we take some sort of legal action like a class action lawsut against Snapdeal and Micromax for this delay of product. Or register agianst them against the consumer complaint court for fraud?

I raised a concern over the delay in shipment of this device bought on 19 Feb over snapdeal customer support and got the response as

The proposed Finance Bill announced by the honorable Finance Minister of India on 28th Feb 2013 has made certain changes in the customs duty structure on all Mobile Phones with MRP greater than Rs. 2000/-. Because of this and other procedural issues, the shipment of your Canvas HD has been delayed by 10 working days. Along with the delay, the price of Canvas HD has also been revised to Rs. 14,499.
We at Micromax, value your patience and trust. Therefore we have decided to ship your Canvas HD at the original price you paid, without any extra cost being charged to you.
And we are offering you a free Carry Case for your Canvas HD worth Rs 700 along with your purchase as a token of gratitude!

Recently call to Snapdeal ,
They apologised and told me that the Delivery is postponed by 10 Business days as they had a difference of opinions on the financial issue due to The HIKE in taxes on Mobile By Government.
GOOD NEWS IS Micromax is going to Provide a Carry case of A116 costing 700/- (not yet available in market) FOR FREE !!!

I purchased Spice MI-530.. feel spice phone is better than this at Rs 13999. It has 8 mp back camera..front 5 mp..with awesome pics.. even in dark..only thing is resolution which is less than A116..or else... in every feature mi-530 is awesome with 16 gb internal memory..
plyed 720p HD and 1080 p HD..Both videos are awesome..
So I prefer u go for Spice MI-530....
