Hell with snapdeal and hell with the handset waited for 1 month asking me to wait for more 10 working days
Better to switch to samsung Indian Brand is showing the worst experience

I encourage all people who had pre-booked their a116 and now being asked to pay more or having their orders canceled on their whim to approach the consumer court and make sure to teach snapdeal a lesson in business ethics.Lets show them that we Indians are not a fool.All people who have been harassed in this case should form a group together and file a case against Snapdeal in the consumer court.You will be surprised how simple is the procedure of filing a case in consumer court.Let me explain,
1)There should be more than 10 complainers with proof that they have been ripped off to be eligible for registering a case against an entity
2)You don't need to hire a lawyer,they will provide you with one,all you have to do is form a group and approach with sufficient proof.
3)You won't necessarily have to present in court while the case goes on.Only when you are summoned to explain your side,do you have to be present,which would be not more than 2-4 times in the lifetime of the case.
4)Lastly and the best part of this procedure is that it costs less than 500-1000 rupees in the lifetime of the case,which if divided by 10 people would bifurcate into 100 rupees each.You don't have to pay the lawyer any fee as the lawyer is appointed by the government.Now isn't that fantastic.
I have done my best to educate you people on this matter.Hope you will use it as a weapon against such fraudulent companies who believes in such malpractices.It is not the fault of the customer that they pre-booked their phones before the budget.Nowhere in the terms and condition did they state that they can increase the price after one has done the purchasing.Yes they are in control of price of a product but not after a purchase but before a purchase.People placing new orders in the future should be charged not those people who already had placed their order over a month ago.It's akin to buying a product from a shop and the shopkeeper comes to your house and claims that you owe him extra money as the price of the product went up after a month.
Let me ask you,has any online shopping site ever gave you a discount on a product after you made a purchase and were waiting for the product to be delivered,during which time the product got a price cut.No right,you were either required to cancel the order or pay for the original price of the product.Mind you canceling was a decision that user had to make and not without paying some kind of penalty for the cancellation.
If they never gave any discounts they why do they ask more money from the people who have done the pre-booking.It's your hard-earned money.Don't let it go to waste.Don't turn a blind eye on it.JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO.

it's nothin to do with indian brand as long it provide good features,m still using a60 of micromax despite of v.rough(dropped hundred of times) usage it hav'nt given me ny problem and v.much satisfied with it.bt avability is also the major concern.another thing is that my frnd brought a100(when it was unavailable) and few days later mmx launch a110 at same price.i feel the same is happening nw also,what if few days later mmx launch a120 !!!

There is system failure in Snapdeal. Mine was also showing NA. But Its get back again with old shiping date. Waiting for my phone. Still in favour of MMX. Samsung, Sony, HTC, Nokia, LG all are definately good. I don't understand why people are more faith on other International Brand except to use Indian Brand.

tired of the pain of waiting! almost following this product for a month but it's still not available.what a bad response from micromax reflecting the uneffeciency of the company.i'm going to buy samsung grand doesnt matter how much it cost, its disadvantage or what so ever bt atleast it's available...
and for micromax keep ur shitbox wit u not interested anymore.

i also had the shipping date of 15th march but they dispached my order on 13th of march. my order timings are 15th march 1.23 pm. i m having my phone in my hands right now...

I placed order for this phone on feb 15 at around 1 pm and to my utter bewilderment ppl who placed there order in evening have already received the phone and are enjoying it.
Snapdeal - u are a looser, not only are you slow in your service but u have unruly staff who is fooling and playing around with customer's patience. I sincerely wish dat dis dent on ur image lasts for long with you..

Its really frustrating!!! Snapdeal person is now saying that there is still 10 days required to ship the phone...i have done the booking on 15th of feb. Dont know wat to do??? Snapdeal is making us big fool!!! B'coz they were suppose to ship our product on 15th march i.e today..but still no update ...WTF???

hi i have ordered on feb 16th and my dispacth date on 15th march just now i contact with snapdeal they are telling to wait 10 more days and also need to pay some more money. dont buy again on snapdeal. even i have cancelled my order now and will receive money in another 7 to 15 days from snapdeal.
