Hi I am using this phone since May 2013. Exceptional phone as compared to Grand which hangs after some months... Good job by micromax... Keep it up...

harsh karia, 26 Feb 2014I m using this phone since the past 6-7 months .. its an am... moreAm using this handset since last one year and no problem. I have also faced the battery drain problem and I could solve it. I charge this mobile upto 84% only. After 84% it will reach 100% within a minute and when I charge 100% the battery drains very quickly (especially from 30% to 0%). So when you charge observe whether after certain percentage it reaches 100% quickly. So you fix that as cut-off point and charge upto that point only (in my case cut-off point is 84%).

I m using this phone since the past 6-7 months .. its an amazing phone but since the last 2-3 weeks I m facing a hell lot of problems of battery .. the battery goes from 100-30 % in just 2 hours .. so I want to know .. where is the problem .. in my phone or charger or the battery ?? Plzzz help

Mitro....... Canvas hd a116 levo nay....many problems after 5month regarding network on other sim & when one card connected with net then you can not received call in second card...... Manny app...can not run it give the notification unfortunately this app.his stoped & some one problems when you conect charger and this time you opret then not clear thouch .........realy realy .........network are meager problem...

I find many complaining of poor battery backup.I was thinking, why can't we buy a battery of more capacity, probably a china make say of abt 4000 mah which fits inside the slot?

HI All, I am using cancas HD from last july on single sim only but once i switched it on 2 sims then it started doing hanging problem and all of three bootens(lock and +- volume) are not woring. I know the service of micromax is pathctic so i am planing to get the problem resolved from outsides phone repair center.
Guyz please advice do i need to submit it at service center or outside shops???
