Its very gud cell phone m using it since last 8-9 months but since last 2-3 weeks it is having some issues regarding its battery life and it got switched off automatically again again ...... so any have solution to stop it from being switched off automatically again and again please give me suggestions what I shudd do....

Hi....DO NOT BUY MICROMAX PHONE.
I am using Micromax Canvas HD, unfortunately it's touch screen got Damaged and i sent it to Micromax Service Center on 06.02.2014, still it is not repaired and no one is confirming when it will be ok..... i am Fed up with the service and there representative.
I MUST SAY THE SERVICE OF MICROMAX IS VERY VERY POOR. DO NOT BUY MICROMAX PHONE.

Guys, I am using the phone for the past more than 8 months and did not face any major problem except battery. In simple words, battery sucks. With 3G on, the battery is reduced from 100% to 10% in less than 6 hours. Is it time for a new battery? If any of you have purchased a new battery please advise. I need at least a day's use with one full charge. Hope kitkat will solve the problem.Everything else with this set is superb. No complain at all.

brainbox institute, 22 Feb 2014micromax phone canvas hd A116 was bought by me after having... moremy contacts are deleted too...when i was using two sims together. i am working in gurgaon. and my punjab sim destroyed all contacts. during net use continuously
bettery stands hardly 45mins if full charged.
please do correct this is my first feedback of 8months use

ammu, 22 Feb 2014dost agree with you in terms of battery it really sucks but... moreI agree with u frnd... its an awesome phone.. am using dis phone since 7 months... it didn't get hanged even a single time... I used several apps in back grounds n used multi tasking... I didn't get any hanging problem... am a heavy gamer also.... there even a single hang while playing HD games.. only d drawback is low battery backup n low 2g speed.. but 3g having awesome speed..... I love did phone.... most of fronds r eagerly looking my canvas HD.....

micromax phone canvas hd A116 was bought by me after having seen the reviews.
I failed 2 understand whether I am the only person to get a mobile phone which deletes 1800 contacts without any reason and without me even touching any of the keys knowingly or unknowingly (cause the phone was locked).
Another problem with this phone is, it shows the on-off display intermittently which takes sometime after that to be in a ready-to-use mode.
Very often 70% of the calls both incoming and outgoing, get disconnected within 10-15 seconds thus forcing me to return the calls or expect them to call me back. kindly make a note of this
otherwise its a good phone for the price...

Hi All,
I am using this mobile since September 2013. I am facing some problems with this mobile.
Disadvantages--
The main problem of this mobile is that it get hanged very much. whenever you open more than 2 applications it get hanged. Sometimes whenever I am using any application it's automatically get hang :(
Another problem with this mobile is the backup of battery. Battery backup is not so very good. But it's Ok.
One more problem with this mobile is, to capture video. It makes video with very big size and the quality of the video is not good as I compare it with Nokia, Samsung and Sony. If size of the video is big then the quality of the video should be good. But it is not so good as Nokia, Samsung and Sony can give you with same Size and same megapixels of Camera with default setting.
Advantages --
The picture quality of photographs is very nice with this Mobile. You can use some application for good photographs like: Camera 360
Touch is Good.
Simply using.
Dual Sim feature. It's good for you if you like to play games.
Resolution 720x1280 pixels
Pixels per inch (PPI) 294
5 Inches display screen.
Overall it's good. with 3 n half stars

bal, 20 Feb 2014how to update 4.2 friendjust you need to download the firmware of 4.2 from the google it is around 650 MB and a software ODIN which is also available on google 12.5 MB approx and the procedure is explained there simply and it would only take 15-20 minutes to upgrade.

me and my friend are using canvas HD with Airtel Network and we if i call to him as soon as he lifts the call both the mobiles network will be gone.
Why this happens can anyone help??

Micromax HD is good and so simply to us it but around one day ago my flesh light was not work properly mean my flesh light was suddenly stop to working so plz do something for me ..

Dear friends am using 4.1 jellybean version on canvas HD... my 2g speed is very slow as compared to other low specification sony mobiles on same network.... will it be solved after upgraded to 4.2? Pls tel me friends....
