My phone's charge is dropping from 45% to 15% in ... moreSame thing happend to me...mine use to drop from 55% to 15%..Now changed the battery,,now it is draining from 35% to 15%....if it is not draining after changing the battery it's ok,,if not charge to 100% nd make it 0 and do it for somedays and in between charge the battery to just 30% or 40% and use it till it becomes 0...u have already noticed that if phone was charging to just 40% or 60% there is no drainage of battery..but if u r charging it 100% then battery was draining....these is due to the fact that while u kept and left the device in charging mode,,Sometimes ur battery will jump from 85%(nt only 85%,it's device wish) to 100% suddenly......
So solution is change battery,,reset phone,,charge to 100% nd use it till 0% and in between charge it to just 30% or 50%,,Within few days u will not face any problem....
Till yesterday iuse to face draining of 35% to 15% problem,,but today my phone charged cleanly,,(imean it has not jumped from any point to 100%,daily it was jumping from somepoint)nd guess what ihav not faced any draining problem.....

Wastage of money. I bought this phone 10 days back.. start giving problem in its receiver's speaker.. Navigation (GPRS) is not working.. I contact the service center they said you can not use navigation in this phone with 2G connection. But when I bought the phone I specially asked for navigation n vendor said me it will work perfectly in this phone..!! Ring volume is poor.. This phone is wastage of money go for any other better option/brand.

it is a awesome phone cmpre to samsung galaxy the touch of the screen is suprb worth of spending 13,500 rather thn galaxy 17,000. the speed is suprb the camera quality compare to samsung really superb. I am tellig you frankly worthable phone..wit excellent features..

i have brought MICROMAX CANVAS HD 2DAYS AGO ,but camera quality is very poor ,they say it is 8mp but it is not upto clear ,flash also not goood

nice phone awesome loved it coz giving nice performance multitasking is good battery backup is good so i suggest go with it

You guys are doing great job in releasing awesome phones. I am a great fan of your phones. Many of my friends want to
switch to Micromax from their other Phones. But they are only worried about after sales service.I own a CANVAS HD myself
and my brother has CANVAS 2.But when my friends asked about my phone. i have given good reviews about the phone as the
phone is very good.but not about the service. Because -
I am from bangalore and there are only 2 service centres in bangalore. And only 1 service centre in
Richmond road, Bangalore, which does the hardware changing etc and the other service centre is only for software
Update. I had a problem with my phone earphone speaker and headphones. I had given my phone for service and my earphones
for replacement, They told me that they need 7days time for repair and replacement of the headphones(phone is under warranty)
( this is too much time when compared to other phone service centres like nokia, samsung and sony ). After 7days
when i called continuosly for 2 days to know my phone repair status, but nobody picked on the other end.
So to know any information about our serviced phone we have take a leave from office and travel all the way to the
service centre.I did the same and my phone was not yet ready on the 10th day and service people told me to come after 2 days to collect
the phone and the head phones on the same day, So i asked for a proper number of the service centre this time, so that
i can check whether my phone is ready or not before taking permission from office and going to service centre.
But again the same problem nobody picked the call. So i went on the 15th day and my phone was finally ready.
But again a great disappointment, because i didnt get my headphones replaced on that day, they told that they were out of stock
and need couple of days to get the stock. I again went on the 18th day and finally got the headphones replaced.
I am gadget freak and have used Sony, Nokia, and Samsung phones before Micromax. They all were very good in service and used to return my phone in
maximum 3 days with servicing my phone.
My request to Micromax is please concentrate on your service. If you improve your after sales service you guys will
rock the Indian mobile phone market.

Hello,
My phone's charge is dropping from 45% to 15% in less than 10 minutes. Can someone please tell me what to do?
Is there any problem with my battery???
Should I go to the service center and replace the battery!! I am using this phone from May 2013.
Help me people.
