It's a nice phone but if u charge this phone to another charger like samsung then it will hang n touch will not wrk !!!!!!! But if u see this phone on otherside then this phone rocks!!!! Using canvas HD since 2 months it's very nice phone not yet hanged also!!!!!

may be you r getting a fault peace
because it sound it not too loud its avg but the sound quality is better in out and the sound in ear phones is excellent to compare the sony or nokia devices
and its gpu is really awesome because its uses the power vrmx544 powerful gpu and internet speed is so fast to compare the galaxy grand
may be you are consider the customer service due to your problems

I bought this phone 10 days back, its ear speaker already start giving me a problem.
Poorest Voice Quality, Poorest ring volume, Poorest navigation (GPRS),
My rating is minus five stars (-5 *****). This phone is a wastage of money. In the same price you can buy apple 4 (second hand) which is 1000 times better option.

I brought this Micromax A118 canvas HD less than 6 months back. now i am facing some problems, charge is not going more than 14 %. and i am unable to charge it.

Guys, I have bought this handset in June. I could not find any issue with this even after using it for 4 months. Only, the stock headphone is not as per my liking. I am planning to go for a compatible bluetooth device or atleast, one in the ear handsfree earphone. Please advise which one will be suitable. Thanks.
