Bad phone,i am using this phone from one year. after that auto restart problem occurred frequently. I send the phone to service center three times, but auto restart problem still persist.

Hi, My Micromax Canvas 4 corning gorilla glass borken after it fell . I heard that the corning galss should not break. where can i replace the glass and how much it will cost me . Is it worth of replacing? phone is leass than 1 year

it sucks :( battery get drained ! u can take a nice picture in d dark even if u switch on d flash ! it gets switched off ! im not loving it

I got it replaced with another mobile on Dec 30 but that mobile also got motherboard problem. I'm yet to receive my mobile

Good Phone until i gave it to repair on 31 October 2014.Only small problems with soft ware resetting and power button. after a month they said it is the problem of board and will be replaced soon. still I am waiting for my phone. Do this micromax people know how to repair their phone?

bhavik, 13 Jan 2015Micromax service centres are worst i only had issue with th... morei am facing the same problem n power button not working. It means it has manufacturing defect. It has been launched with a disgin defect n Micromax must be sued for it. I will never buy a mictomax profuct in future n will tell the same to others.

This is simply awesome!!
Best for On-line/Offline gamers..
Running the Big games like FIFA 15,GTA Vicecity,Real racing, Shadow gun dead zone etc..
I'm using it as gaming console.. Luv it. apart from gaming it has good specs like camera, 1080 p movie playback without any buggs.. etc

Micromax service centres are worst i only had issue with the power button under warranty when taken to service centre was informed i will have to pay 450.00 for this and it will take 10 days, when i went back after 10 days to collect it to my horror i was informed that the executive who took my device is not working with them anymore, my handset was not repaired because they did not know whets wrong with it ( they had the job sheet and did nothing) i was asked to come back after 10 days after 7 days i get a call stating that they cannot guarantee that issue will be fixed after repair and if i want assurance they will change entire motherboard and it will cost 3500,
I finally took the handset to local repair store and spent 150rs and it took him 30 min to fix it
Their service centres are only to make money and did nothing for 17days

I bought this phone last year.. till now there are no big issues with this model. The only sad part is its accessories are not available in my region (covers,cases or battery) even online retails don't deliver those to my hometown (nagpur) :(
