I bought this phone about a year back. Till date, I have not had any problems with the phone, other than the battery draining too fast. When I sleep at night, the battery is 50%, in the morning it is down to 25 or 30%, I don't know why. As it is my habbit that I close all my apps and background apps before sleeping. I also have a Samsung phone, which when I sleep if the battery shows 50%, in the morning it is 48 or 49%, which is very much acceptable. Further, I don't know why is Micromax not releasing any updates for its phones unlike its competitors, who are very fast in releasing updates. The new micromax phones comes out with Kitkat, but the old high end phones are still not getting Kitkat update. Micromax is very poor on customer service and no satisfaction is guaranteed. Never ever buy Micromax products in future. Atleast for me, this would be my first and last micromax product.

I am using this phone from the the last 1.5 years still experiencing no problems with my phone. I am 100% satisfied with the quality.
But I got my touch broken by mistake when I reached the service center in Ambala Cantt.They charged 2495 rs and also put the Ist Copy of touch inspite of original
MICROMAX SHOULD IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE CENTER ...

Micromax service center is only a way for earning money they charge very higher amount for any parts and they even take more then 1-2 months to repair the phone.this is very ridiculous by any brand i am telling my own experience

I bought this phone 1 year back uptill warranty it was working very nice.then now i am facing problems like wifi not working properly,problem with battery draining fast,sometimes my phone gets overheated .and the micromax service center is worst for it's service no value for the customers. Really frnds i am feed up with micromax now.

I used the phone. it was repaired once during warranty and it was working good there after. 3 months back suddenly my voice was not audible to caller. After 2 daays it became ok. after 3 days it again gave trouble and there after it wass like that only. Meaning my voice was not audible to caller.The front camera also had failed. I had given the mob for repair to the Ghatkopar east service centre on 12th dec 2014. Till today no news about completion of repair. The centre also showed me no of mobiles fully repaired but customers have refused to collect-may due to too much delay or high service charge. Micromax should be serious about service if they want to sustain the volume sails they had achieved.

I purchased A210 exactly one year back, while charging body was over heating and after 12 months warranty wifi, Bluetooth was not worked. Went for service center they asked to change board which they said Rs 6,000/-.
My request not to buy low micromax as they are using low quality hardware parts.

When iam install any app it saying no space in mobile even i have 2gb in phone and card also. I deleted all ccached first time it is ok, and now its is not working. I cant install any app even i delete some of my apps. Plz give me suggestion.

I have given my mobile 5303 to your service center Sai Mobiles (AP) vide job card no.s 040178 1114- 13514964 on 22/11/14 due to battery overheating problem in the warranty period. Even after three weeks on enquiry, it is being told that it is with the company and not received back. Every time when I contact them I am getting the same answer. Is it because the company do not have parts readily available? Even after one they asking me to wait for further 10 days. Micromax service is very hopeless service.

hi guys:) I brought ma canvas 4 in april:) in mid sept I hd display prob.when I went to service ma phone they took 1 month to service de phone.after serving de phone they changed all de part.when I was using de phone I hd lots of prob. Again I serviced ma phone but its already 2months they have not returned ma phone:) request from ma side is pls not ever service de phone at jaynagar.

xitas, 29 Nov 2014no. only with an unstable CM11.there is an small icon on the video player thats on the top when u stary playing the video or otherwise u can go through the settings

have even suggested that micromax that if canvas 4 people get update imaging how many people would be happy with your proudcts if i am happy i will not only buy the second , but would recommened them as well but if i am not happy with them i will always suggest that dont go still after so much no kit kat .. there is no stable rom even avaialable .. been sick an tired of micromax and mediatek

Shhzd amar, 10 Dec 2014The canvas 4 was said to get the kitkat update..... did any... moreyes i got it ..................................in my dreams tried mentioning on the fb page kept commenting but they still dont bother dont ..understand they are giving kitkat to even rs 5000 phones but no on this ... id dont understand .. been feed up would never recommend micromax to anyone
