Hi, Can anyone received Canvas 4 so far?
I have placed an order on July 12th and when I asked customer care, they said it will be delivered before July 26th. Please reply me can we trust what MMX customer care executives are saying. Thanks.

Very true that there is no confirmation regarding the delivery of canvas 4 ......There is no response to the emails and worst part is that there is no customer contact details who can give proper response.

I cancelled my order for micromax canvas 4 on 08/07/13, i received a confirmation mail for cancellation and the amount will be refunde back within 7-10 days,i have sent several mails regarindg the refund status.still now i've not received any confirmation from the mmx company.i also tried to contact in the number specified in the mail, but no response simply music runing for more than 30mins

I am dissappointed with their service, no updates on delivery as I have pre-order and order is confirmed, still not recieved Yet. More worrying thing is No mails are answered and no calls answeres pathetic service

daman, 17 Jul 2013it has not a singhle core 1.2 ghz it has quad core means 1.... moreDear daman, having a quad core processor is entirely different from having a processor with 4 times speed.
A simple analogy: If a rider on a horse covers a particular distance in 1 hour, sending three more horses with him will not make travel time 15 minutes. But having 4 horses has a definite and significant advantage: They can carry 4 riders to same distance in same time.
