Some people have wrong conception that micromax is a manufacturer. Micromax buy their mobile from same company in China like Qmobile (Pakistan), Myphone (Phillipine), Symphony (Bangladesh) and sell in their country with their logo.
All their mobile are same but different logo.
Their product launch and replacment all depend on China's shippment. that is resonse of bad service .

I am trying to contact Micromax customer care on different numbers that are shown in the site to know about the status of my order and I am not able to reach them on even a single number .
I have been asked to contact on +91-11-4159-8500 for any further queries on my order but when I try to contact this number it is not working. Then I find other number (+91-11-30802830) from micromax estore site( http://micromaxestore.com/). When I call on this number I keep on hearing some music for more than 30 minutes and its not even redirecting to any operator. In the same site I see the following number ( 011-44770044 ) for customer relations but when I call on this I hear welcome message and few beep tones and automatically call is getting disconnected. If i keep aside how Canvas4 specifications are,seriously I didn't expect such service from a company who describe themselves as one of the worlds leading handest manufacturer.I am worried if i taken a wrong step by going for Canvas4 whose customer support is worst.

compered to micro max try xolo guys it comes wit great built quailty.. and better features .. it also has the same features wit 5.5inc hd display.. q1000s

Gionee e3 is better than canvas 4... Y gsmarena do not put this mobile update on the site.. Its good phone.
