Using the phone over the last 10 months. So far s gud ... only the problem with battery back up when gaming..other than that pretty satisfied with the performance.. Its value for money..

I have brought Micromax Canvas 4. Regular use of vifi..absolutely fine. No problem. Happy with camera and photographs

I bought micromax canvas 4. This phone is really good. if you are looking to buy phone in between 10 to 20 thousands then this phone is great choice. Camera is good.

Useless phone.
This is one of the worst phones in the market.
Canvas 4 is be the top model from micromax but is rather disappointing.
The biggest disadvantage is the extremely poor wifi reception. The signal is aways poor even when the phone is right beside the wifi router.
The GPS never works.
I did a factory reset of the phone. Guess what? Immediately the display became pixilated in 30% of the screen.
Not recommended to anyone.

Don't purchase any mobile of micromax, they don't give any after sale facility even in the warranty period.
I have purchase this phone and i m totally disappointed with this company .
So plz don't purchase micromax co. mobile.

bad quality of camera during night.
and it oftenlly stopped and says that gallery isn't responding _ camera is unfortunately stopped.
I sent it 4 times in service centre but they doesn't give me proper solutions.
and my sell was at service centre since 45 days.

Hi my phone is working but I fold down 3time my problem is wi fi is not working,but work in near 1mtr only ,what happens give me solution.but I am to much canfung.

I dont have any problem with this awesome phone.
But it has poor camera quality for pictures.
and video recording quality is very good.

I have many problems in my Micromax Canvas 4 A210 since i bought in last year august and gave it for repairing 3 times at service center no solution provided they just formatted reset phone and gave back to me and same problems were there since my purchase till date i m sending the problems i m facing below please kindly suggest how to solve them or i will register a complaint at upbhokta forum and file a case in court for mental stress given to me
I bought this crap phone for Rs.17999 Problems listed below :-
1.) GPS Navigation never worked at all properly never show arrow and accuracy on navigation never mark a place on google map correctly.
2.) Wifi adapter installed is very weak my wifi connection is just 2 feet away every other phone latptop tablet mobile showing signal strength excellent even in cheap android phone and this premium phone of micromax showing weak signals and connection get disconneted every now n then.
3.) Call quality means our voice to receiver is very low bad quality voice whenever i call someone i can hear there voice but my voice to them is very low it means i can not make any calls and attend any calls since my mic is not working properly at all what to do?
4.) Camera is 13 megapixel ok in daylight but night time its not as good as its shown on paper as config n specifications are very high.
5.) Battery life is not as good as its described in specifications
6.)Waiting for any android version updates for same model since very long can you please tell me when new updates will be available for this phone
finally please kindly reply when n how you are gonna solve my problems are you going to repair my phone or send me a replacment of this faulty phone
i have followed customer care service center and visited service center physically many times without solutions emailed many times with no response
No bills was provided to me after requesting many times by phone by email i could not understand the policy and after sales service of micromax
please take this issue seriously and waiting for your response .

I used this phone for about 2 months and threw it away coz it had started to lag.... also galaxy S4 is a octa core processor based mobile.. The camera of canvas 4 is bullshit... but the camera of S4 is just crystal

CANVAS 4 is very poor phone. Image qulaity is very poor. however it 13 MP camera. but produce very poor qulaity picture like 1 MP. It is FULL HD but video qulaity is worst i have ever seen.sound qulaity is also poor. In shor ..if you purchase this phone. you are waiting you money.
