Dont purchase this phone because sound quality is poor, camera is 13 MP but it capture image like 1 MP. Night photo flash not working. battery must be charge minimun twice a day without use. so everything what u want from this phone not able to get that much. so please purchase any sony, samsung or nokia phone. but dont go through micromax.

Dont purchase this phone, because sound quality is very poor. camera is 13 MP, but it feels like 1 MP. capture image in very bad color means it feels like no color in camera image, very less image quality. no use of camera flash. not able to take photo in nights. hang multiple times, never go through it. please

no you r wrong i m using micromax from last 5 years micromax is very gud company now i m using canvas 4 ..this is awesome i m using from last 1 years very fast really gorilla glass very sleek...everything is inside and u all can faith on the micromax micromax and s4 is the same features...best of luck

Do not trust Micromax n its paper specifications services are pathetic after sales n all parts used in phone are cheap n worst quality like gps chip,wifi,processor plastic quality motherboard
1.) Bought Micromax canvas A210 for INR 17999 on prelaunch no bill was provided when i asked for duplicate bill i got no response from anywhere called mmx head office as well as customer care 100 times .
Function never work properly since i bought phone are below even after giving mobile for 4 times no solution was provided.
1.) Gps navigation never worked properly tried every possible to fix its always been a prob of mediatek processor.
2.) Wifi signals are strong but due to cheap chips n hardware it never work or connect properly in micromax canvas 4 A210 at my home compared to it cheaper version like Motorola Moto G are far better.
3.) Struggled for many days visited service center 10 times made 100 calls to customer care headoffice n service center no solution provided no response sent 20 emails repeatedly on all poosible email address of micromax websites sales technical service n every department .
4.) The worst quality of micromax phone can never be described in words soon i will break my mobile or burn it infront of micromax service center.
In case micromax has any shame n bother they can call me at 9424600222.
Do not get fooled by false specifications i suffered a lot within a year.

my canvas 4A210 one day suddenly swich off, no more power on, i went 2 micromax authorised service centre, but they asking more than 5000. and 2-4months

Hello,
I have wierd wifi issue. It is, at home it works absolutely fine. When i'm in office, the connection at some places in office poor, very slow, close to disconnected (my work desk is cursed also). Office wifi is very very fast and in few places in office the wifi works absolutely fine. However the connection is poor, very slow, close to disconnected. I checked with my colleagues who use Galaxy grand, grand 2 etc have no such problem. My question is, why this issue won't happen to my colleague as I kept his phone side by side on my work desk ?
It happens only to me at my seating place, if I move other location then wifi works fine. How come the wifi is perfectly working everywhere on my colleague's phone in office and my limited to some places in office ? I can change the place to good wifi network but I will miss my team who I work day in a day out. So, can't change place, wifi need to be fixed to work at my work desk only. Also I would like to know why this is happening to me and not to my colleague's phones.
Somewhere on XDA it was suggested to clear data, cache, form data of the DEFAULT browser and it really worked well immediately after that. But after one day when I restarted the phone then the same problem back again at my place in office. I again cleared data, form data of default browser and still the same issue. Please suggest some fix other than the factory reset as I have 330 apps installed and it is pain to re-install all apps again, i have titanium backup but want a solution without the factory reset. Thanks.

Akki, 20 Aug 2014I think the 13 mp rear camera is a let down. Also the batte... moreI'm hardcore user of Canvas 4. Search for the battery tips i told earlier. It takes 1.5 hr to charge my battery from 1%-85%

i have been using canvas 4 for 1 year . there has been no problem but wifi gets dissconnected oten nowadays when i contacted the wifi server service operator he said in micromax wifi will not get connected so pls check in other mobiles and he said there is a software to be installed in phone then only wifi will be connected to your phone . thus anyone have the idea of what sotware it is ?
