I used canvas4 from last 2 1/2 year. Though, I am very careful about charging and immediate remove the charger after 100% completion of battery level, also using authorized charger provided by Micromax, but suddenly battery start bulging. this destroy my LCD and charging connector. Now my mobile neither connected with any computer, nor I can use the lower touch screen area. Feeling very sad. Service center even reply like- Go and purchase new phone. Its life is over.

I purchased this handset on February 2014 and used it until August 2016. I never intended to replace this phone for more 2 years from now as this was one of the best phone I've ever had .It has fallen many times, still it was running like a horse. It gave up last week when it fell from the fifth floor of my building. Still it worked for 2 days after the fall and then gave up. I'll suggest the readers to go for this phone without any second thoughts. Right now I've purchased Redmi Note 3. Hope it will work as Canvas 4.

I am using this phone [Micromax Canvas 4 A 210] from last 3&half years. it is superb phone i have used before...very stylist also it has many professional feature that the top model of Samsung is giving for 35 to 45000 phone. from last 3and half years phone had not given me any problem.....i am still having it..finger cross

My Handset (A210)having the same problem when I switched off my phone and then restart it deducted balance every time for registering my sim for micromax service but my service warranty is over before 5 months. Very much disappoint with micromax.please solve my problem. my mobile no-9717699459

I am also using this phone since september 2013,i dropped many many number of times,played many high end games, but this phone is working fine except the battery is getting exhausted quickly which is acceptable for using for such long duration and so hectickly. Truly i hv never expected to perform this phone so good,inspite of being so roughly handled.

i have 7.90 out of 10.02 gb of internal sd card free but only 150 mb is available out of 2.46gb of my phone storage.
and this is where the problem started ....
whenever i try to download any thing from play store it says insufficient space.....
if the app downloaded from playstore only uses phone memory what is the use of my internal sd card being free...
any solution to this problem ?

I have canvas4. Recently got stuck and started getting hot.When contacted service center, they said its a mother board problem because of a faulty piece and costs around 4250/- INR. However the warranty has expired. But why the hell should I pay when they agree that it could be a faulty piece.?

I used this phone for almost two years, and then it stolen,I am so happy because it's gone, worst gaming mobile,worst brand,and now I am using moto g turbo

I have recently purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro A310. Since the unboxing, I am facing wifi issue. For the first time after first switch on I was able to connect to wifi, but to my surprise after sometime i can't access internet though wifi is connected. I have no problem with wifi network as my another Samsung phone and laptop has no connection or access problem. Then i tried to connect the wifi after doing "forget password", but after I retype the password it shows "connecting", and sometimes "obtaining IP addresses", but never actually getting connected. For all I have to do for connection is to reboot the phone, and it automatically connects to wifi without even any need of typing the password.
Please help resolve this issue. I have heard the customer support is really bad for Micromax.
