I am ising mobile since last 2 year. Recently mobiles battery draining fast in minutes so i visit customer care they charged 2000/- for various purpose. After that battery also down in minutes. Finally bought new battery at 250/-. Now its working fine. But yes this mobile was better in 2013/14 not in 2016. You guys skip this mobile it has 1 gb ram and camera is not up to mark.

I used this phone for 2 years and was not happy with the battery as it used to drains very fast and takes a long time to charge. I had faced a network issue and gave the phone for servicing (worst servicer ever). They charged me Rs. 1,300/- and they gave my phone. After few minutes the phone was automatically getting restarted and I complained about this to the agents at the Service centre. For which, they tried to fix my phone and I had to chase it for 3 weeks. They couldn't fix it and finally they said that the motherboard is damaged and had to be replaced for which they would charge me Rs. 3,500/- which is the worst thing to hear. I finally have to give up and already planned to switch to a branded mobile.

Overall experience, Average phone performance, Worst customer service, Disappointment in the end.

Hi,
i am using this phone since2 years my phone is fully hanged and power button not working mother board is gone , i think its global issue for this handset.

System partition has little over 2 GB space and hence after few apps are installed, you cannot install new apps even when enough space is available in your SD card. Worst design technically because of this partitioning. Battery life is worst. I am using since last two years and now I am facing battery issues. it drains in few hours without usage and in minutes when in use. Till date no update has come for android versions. Everytime it says, it is upto date. They have not released any updates to OS yet. Don't ever buy this phone

Im using this phone for 2years and now only im facing battery problem.battery is not standby for even 4 hour while playing hd games. But it performance is still awesome .
