Is it hangs?i have heard about hanging issue..and 4.4 kitkat is available?and tell how to move app to sd card?anxious about hanging issue.,plz share ur views..dont tell lie to promote mmx..truly share guys

How to set your favorite sound clip as Message-tone or Notification-tone in your Micromax Canvas HD (A116)
Been using Micromax Canvas HD for past 3 months & loved it a lot. Its far better than my last phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace) & surprisingly I was cheaper by a margin of 10 INR!! But the thing that it lacks among a few other things (its still great, nonetheless!!!) is inability to set your favorite sound clip as Message-tone or Notification-tone. All it allows is to use pre-loaded sounds but not your own clip. So how to do it? Read on.
Just install ES File Explorer File Manager from Google Play Store. Open it, browse to the location where your sound clip is stored & then play it using ES Media Player. Tap the top-right icon and then tap Set ringtone. A pop-up will open. Choose what you want! You're done! For more info on ES File Explorer

iam using canvas4 last 2 moths . sorry 2 say that it is not a good one. Its rear camera campony saying 13 MP but its performance less than 3MP. and we cant set our favourate song or music as our ring tone . there is no option for that.. so please dont waste your valuable money..

Iam trying to connect my canvas 4 to pc through usb cable but it did not connect as it is showing connecting process on the ph but not connect...it is connect only 1 time & after that it did not connect while i try so many time in different -2 pc....pls suggest how to connet it to pc.....

Of course the phone is great. Kudos to Micromax.!
Im using it since four months ago.
It seems to me that these Micromax people concentrated only on the phone.. Other things like headphones and charger are like adopted babies. My headphone stopped working within three months. Charger's one end which goes in phone (i dont know what they call it) has got losen.. Those springs that keep them tight, don't work.
Other thing is the services provided by the company... You find any fault in your phone and go to those 'checkpoints' they keep your phone for like 45 days to get repaired. I mean, what the hell is that??you need 45 days to repair a damn phone??
I submitted my faulty headphones to one of these checkpoints. They made me wait for like more than a month. And after that this guy in that checkpoint tried to give me those low quality headphones. I didn't accept those and now i dont know how many days I'd have to wait to get the original headphones.
Decide youeself... The services are irritating as hell.
But i repeat.. The phone is really good..

Friends pls suggest me anyone iwant to take acanvas 4 but my friends telling go for canvas magnus its 1.5ghz with available of 600mb ram the processor better than canvas 4 but camera was not good and also battery backup i searched in some website which is better c4 or magnus?

I bought c4 last 2 mnths....and i found a problem obtaining in my phone.... If we use internet then it shows MTK thermal warning and it get rebooted ....its very worst to use.....can any one tell me how to rectify it..... Its not getting our exact current location... All other features works decently... U can go for it... Performance wise it is very good. I played almost all games.

Phone is good with unwanted preloaded applications. I am using this canvas 4 from last 4 months. Navigation is worst & useless as gps is not getting locked hence correct location is not detected property. Average compaired to cost.
