I am totally satisfied with the customer care service of Micromax.
My Canvas 4 had some display problem, it was returned within a weeek with a new display... I am using it since August 2013 and i am very much satisfied with the product and the service.
Its workin perfectly.

before it my video player also not showing 180 degree video (landscape) but one day i open net and suddenly some msg flash on my screen (updation) ,,,,update offer me update my all software including video player. after that my video run on full screen but only 180 degree video....i am confuse about ur view are u shore it does not play 90 degree angle....it is as same as urs...

CANVAS 4 BEATS IPHONE 5 IN INTERNET(WIFI) SPEED.
Here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55q0xRcYKe8 which shows Canvas 4 beats iphone 5 in WIFI speed by a margin of 2 seconds.
Default browsers were used for both the phones and were connected to the same WIFI.
Please watch the whole video to confirm it.
Quite surprising but true.

If you read the comment in details for which you replied you will see that he said 1 GB still left. There was no mention of RAM. So, I think he is trying to say that 1GB internal memory is left after installing many apps.

You should have mentioned before that you are recording your videos 90 degrees. Nothing is wrong with your phone and you do not need to replace it. The only thing you need is a video player which can play videos 90 degree. The default player provided with the C4 wont play 90 degree video full screen. It will only play landscape videos full screen.
You need to download MX player from google play which plays videos vertically and horizontally.
Download it, install and play the videos 90 degrees/180 degrees as you like.

P.S. Even Iphone does not play 90 degree videos full screen.
