jaswant, 22 Sep 2016I have purchase mobile feb .its not work proprly .spair par... morei am using this phone since last 10 months. i want to say that i have also problem of mic its got automatically mute.. but micromax online service is best they had give me replace ment of new handset. and its nice. for. 4G voice call. plese go seeting. sim management. and swith off and on the jio sim. its geeting started... and also u have download jio 4G voic app....

After care center changed the system software.. Not able to install update v22..(september edition)... It just shows "system update fail.. Any diagnosis.!!!

Need Help !!!!
I had purchased a Micromax Canvas 5 mobile phone last month. I'm extremely disappointed that I had lost all my important photos and documents stored in my phone memory just a week after my purchase.
I see that my phone has been formatted and lost all data post this custom build update
mmx_e481_sw_v20_hw_v1.0_28062016, update stated that it would improve the battery performance and did not list out any other precautionary steps to be followed.
I've not received any response on reaching their online customer care executives over phone and Micromax service centres in person, I'm appalled by their refusal to offer help and their carelessness to understand my situation.
Now, I have received another build update mmx_e481_sw_v22_hw_v1.0_28062016 which promises to bring back the lost data!! Require your assistance in proceeding further with the update.

Am using 9 months this phone no faces issues ...... amazing mobile.... camera clarity was too aewsome and front cam also..... awesome perfomance .... i didnt get marshmellow update :-)

this phone is very bad and not good performance. company engineer is unprofessional and take the too much time. the company is speak if phone repair is taken 30 days then company give the extended warranty but company without inform to customer change the job sheet before 30days. very bad and cheap service provide by the company. dont purchase the micromax phone in your life.

I have been using this phone for the past 6 months and it is yet to give me any trouble whatsoever. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this phone. But if you expect a 12K phone to function like a 40K phone, you really are expecting too much.
Battery lasts practically full day with average use of calling, messaging, online use and gaming. It charges to 100% from 0 to within 3-4 hours provided you are using the charger that came with the box. It doesn't charge properly with other generic chargers.
All in all, a very good phone in the price range of 10-13K.

Their service is very poor , they ignore what u want. I face Minor problem they change defective part but problem not solved. I want replacement with same handset service not communicate with company & company say u should contact to service centre
I think u shouldn't by this model or any other model of Micromax .

[deleted post]Pls submit UR handset to nearest service centre for replacement . As per Micromax company rule if u face any problem within 7 day's then Micromax replace the handset . if u cross 7 days limit then Micromax nothing hear UR complaint. I am most suffered person in India who suffer from Micromax. When u submit UR handset to service centre for replacement do not forget to write UR remark on job sheet . if u not give UR remark then service center may fool u. If Micromax denied for replacement this job sheet & remark of replacement will helpful for u in future.
