I purchased Micromax Canvas 5 E481 21-Sep-2016 for my wife and its not even one day and i am trying to call her and its not reachable and the phone is over heating for no reason.......
i want to return the phone what i should do
please help me

Service centre could not solve minor problem even changing defective part . so I deicide to file a case against Micromax for selling defective handset & also compensation . u should also file a case in district consumer forum .

this phone is not good . batery problem and also charging problem because it take to 5 hours charge the batery and also hit problem and when use phone only 4 hours switch off phone

jst bought micromax canvas lite 5hours back already heating up plus not charging. Soo irritated new phone and already problems started. Plz suggest how can i get it exchanged or do something. micromax Service centres are horrible . Plz advise - thankyou :)

Yrrrr my canvas 5 battery draining in standby mode and i dont know why can u plz tell me !!! And after updating my canvas 5 i just reset it so can u plz tell me wheather the update is still there in system or it is washed away

After updating 45.52 stability update on my Micromax E481 canvas 5 battery is draining very fast within 2 to 3 hours .please provide any further update to solve this.

My micromax canvas e481 is 2months old. But the battery is not up to the point. It gets drained too fast. I also updated the phone, but still I have the same problem. What can be done?

A very very good phone at this price range.(Specially after the update for improving battery life)
Star features:
Performance is amazing, you can play premium games & multi-task easily, it seldom hangs. Thanks to its 3gb ram & its powerful processor.
Display is very crisp & the touch experience is awesome.
The phone is light weight & gives a beautiful experience when held in hands.
Camera features are very good & camera quality is also good specially due to front & back flash. (Now with availability of various apps such as beauty plus the phone won't disappoint in this section)
The phone come with 4g connectivity.
Negative points worth considering:
A major concern of the phone is its battery draining issue, but with the latest update for fixing the same is quite satisfactory. The phone won't disappoint in this section if you use apps such as du battery saver & clean master.
Also the phone doesn't come in metal body is what people say but, its a very sleek and strong phone also it features a leather finish back panel which makes the phone look very elegant.

Service center is worst.. Even i have written mail to the company, there response is also pathetic.. They call only to close the SR.. My phone is in service center since last 2 and half month.. Yet to get it back.. I always pray god, that this type of cheater should go out of market. About battery, its hardly runs for 3 to 4 hrs. Its really a bad luck For me to purchase phone from micromax
