Antaryami, 29 Jan 2017No, it is not a good phone at all. You can not do any thing... moreDownload kingroot from website directly. Enable unknown sources in security and install this software. Once done open kingroot and it will take 3 minutes to give you root access. Once you have it you can tweak your platform.xml file to enable the feature for sdcard and otg. You can also install non compatible apps from play store or zip file once you get root access. You can check in web for this. Meanwhile 23MB update is only for around UI. For volte you need mediatek updated firmware (name will be like custom built version) to be installed. If you have it and have root access you can got to recovery mode and install the firmware. Make sure the firmware is placed in your sd card with name ending with factory_update.zip. This will not work for marshmallow or nougat installation as the bootlocker needs to be unlocked and there is high chance phone will be bricked or will be rendered unstable. Meanwhile I cannot find any compatible one for this handset.

Apps can not be moved to sd card. All apps only recognose the phone memory. You have to be satisfied with only 10 gb of available internal memory. This is one of the biggest draw backs. Others are also there.

sumit, 20 Jan 2017please complain to micromax. canvas 6 has received update b... moreMost of micromax 2016 range has got update. Canvas 6, unite 4g and even users installed custom rom for yureka for Volte. Canvas 6 pro has not received any yet, will likely to come soon. Don't try custom rom for canvas 6 pro until very certain, we have many users with bricked device during rooting.

once product is saled, then company does not give any UPDATE .Micromax company is not carrying its product...else...product performance is good.

Use Less Phone, Use Less Service People, After purchasing the Phone with in a week Mobile Charging problem, when I went to service center, they were help less and afetr one month service center people saying its a mother board problem, we cant do any thing.

Even after small update of 23.70 MB it will not enable VoLte, Jio can be used with its voice app only. NO VOLTE NO HD CALLS.
