Never buy Micromax phone .. they are cheating customer .. After sale service is really pathetic ... My canvas knight A350 had touch issue .. I did not get phone reapaired/replaced even after two months .. I've moved to consumer forum for resolution... also planing to move consumer court for compensation ..

It is very good and using it since last 2 months. Never come across any issue. On the other end due to my fault my handset fell down and back glass broken down.
I contacted Micromax on customer care no. and to my surprise within 7 days they have replaced my handset with new one by charging only Rs. 700.
This is really quality service I received.

Please help me on the below issue.
I have used Aircel sim card in the sim 1 slot in the micromax E471 handset. In that i can't either make a call nor received some times. When i make a call the call is going and after some seconds call ended automatically. I have removed the same sim and put it on to the another handset, The calls are going/received normally. When i insert the another sim card like Docomo,Vodafone to the Sim 1 slot in the Micromax E471 handset, The calls are going/receiving normally.
I can't really understand that the problem is with handset or network provider.
And i have facing one more issue that Aircel name shows as IND AIRTEL in the E471 handset.
Is any problem with the Micromax and Aircel when combined to each other?.
Any one of you facing same issue...

Awesome phone just few faults of battery backup heating is ok Samsung s6 heats more than this phone And most proud its indian brand proud to be indian awesome cell all apps are running smoothly no lagging best phine ever by micromax

I brought canvas knight 2 E471 just 15 days back but getting location indicator issue (once enable it won't disable. Remain icon on screen top even killing all apps)
Service center told me it's motherboard port issue so giving back.
+ve point
- Design is superb (Feel so great in hand)
- Video quality is good
- Headphone quality is good
-ve point
Heating (can't talk more than 15-20 min)
network issue
Hanging issue (sometimes)

Just one suggestion.....never buy a high end micromax product. I am looking to replace my phone in 15 days of purchase. micromax is good for low segment phones and not above 10000 bugs.

just for looking it is good otherwise very............bad mobile. i brought it just a dar before yesterday but it is not connected to the internet till this time.
i suggest u all not to buy it if u remain happy
