You might have a negative experience but stereotyping on the whole product itself i dont think that this phone is of a standard quality.

Micromax service is the worst even worse than the chinese companies like xiaomi. You'll regret buying it once you go to one of their pathetic service centers.

Jack, 15 Sep 2015Frndz would u suggest me micromax knight 2e471 & plz sa... morehighly suggested if you are moderate to heavy smartphone user. signal strength is good, LTE is fast. cons battery life on mobile data drains so fast, sometimes buggy but a reboot will fix some bugs issue.

Dude even I had the same problem, bought A350 had touch issues gave in the micromax service center . It's been 9 months I have not received my mobile yet. Plz never buy micromax.
I'm planning to visit consumer court soon.
Never ever buy micromax.

Randy , 13 Sep 2015Frndz please say cabout the sound quality. & heating issues Sound output is poor because there is a only one speaker but they given two outlet to manage the body design . Normal heating due to the slim body as like in the Sony.

Same here..my phone a350 problem in charging..they never repaired for more 1 month..then they give options to choose a model of mmx silver 5 and knight 2 .. i am go with knight 2 ...but i am happy.....

i had also the problem with touch issue,side lock issue and volume issue.. they never repaired for more than two months... But they gave me an option for another model---Knight 2 E471.. No cash returns though...so i have gone with Knight 2 E471..hope this will be better than the previous one.
still yet to receive...

Bro i was asking about native 3g video calling, i mean video calling through phone dialer. Like my Micromax A104.. Enter a phone number and then click option and click on video call..
I knoww it can make video calls over data connection...

A350-16GB/Silver 5/Knight 2 E471.. No cash returns though... i have gone with Knight 2 E471..
