Overall the mobile is good. But it has worst battery that i havent seen till now..I dont know why dis micromax people are making such a worst battery. In phone feautures they have given 2500mah bt the battery doesnt worth even 1500mah. It is discharging very soon..I am disappointed with the battery performance.. I just want to sell this mobile and go for new one..Just in only 7 days of usage I am fed up with the phones battery life...scuking phone...worst products from micromax..

Very bad mobile dont purches it...I purches this mobile...its touch auto wark...auto open applications and forrward msg to every frnds in my fb account...so dont buy it...can anyone help me...for it

i m using this since one month and i havnt seen any problem like heating or low battery backup. seriously this phone is awesome
i have purchased 4 set of this for me and my collegues and havent seen problem over any one set till date.
i m usng this for office purpose like sending photo sharing data, etc.etc. over wifi with both sim working on it all the time but dont get battry below 30 % after using it too much.

Hello there,
I am thinking of buying this one but two of my friends have been trying to brain wash me against it. Their points are ----
1. mmx in general lags and hangs and needs quite a few trips to service centers. My question is, is it true? and is it same for it too?
2. And the battery issues, one (he is Indian) is pretty convinced that mmx phone's are having battery bursting incidents on a regular basis. One kid has got some serious injuries (verified from net) and another lady's purse was set on fire (not found on net). Now guys please tell me is there anything to worry about at all? I know one or two accidental incidents are okay but if it truly has become a habit.. then I'd like to know.
Now my other queries..
3. from the comments here I have found out mixed up opinions like battery heats up and wears out pretty soon. Would be on net and calls, moderate user, will I have to be looking for charging points every now and then? and is USB charging option available?
2. Some said they are facing hanging/lagging while opening contacts or between switching apps, particular piece prb or a model prb in general?

Worst Mobile Plz dont buy....
Software lags... If you are on a Facebook Call and want to switch to whatsapp during FB call the Data Connection gets lost and calls shows reconnecting means we cant switch to multiple applications bug in setting "Sleep after ...mins also", too much heating soon...battery back not at all satisfactory... Flipkart's delivery service was good but when i placed a return request i have seen the worst face of flipkart employees.....This is the first time i am sorry to say that very upset with flipkart....i buy from snapdeal also but i never came across such problems...even flipkart was good i posted positive reviews abt flipkart but now i have seen worst face of flipkart...So buyers plz be aware ....

Download and install any 3rd party launcher(in my case Nano Launcher), as the default quicklook launcher will automatically enable the location services in high accuracy mode, which will obviously decrease the battery backup.
