Even the lines can be seen in green background of whatsapp. I really doubt this is a software bug. Looks like some cheap display panel is used which is having some kind of issue.

So far, its a very good device for the price but I am missing dual app functionality which is available on Chinese phones by default. Hope Micromax gives update to provide dual app functionality, as it is the requirement of modern day and also provide their own content and dialer app with the option to save contacts on SIM Card.

Hi, I am Ram Gopal from Allahabad. I bought micromax in 1b mobile phone on 4.1.2021. Mobile Phone is good but camera quality is not good . After clicking any photo photo is not saved phone galery. Photo quality is not good. After clicking photos photo visible in dark. Some tome cam ra app not working. After clicking on camera camera is not open.
Major problems in camera app.
I hope micromax company will give update for this mobile issue.
Please provide updates for this problem for my phone.

Wait for OTA update and yes I too picked the Micromax In 1B over Poco M2 and I'm happy that I made the best choice of this year. This phone is totally value for money, without compromising on quality.

Got the 4GB variant. Feels little big to hold in the hand but the build quality is sturdy. Overal performance is good. Camera quality is decent for its price. It has dual rear cameras, but beleive me the pictures are better than POCO M2's Quad Camera. Audio is loud and clear, really impressive.
Coming to improvements in the sotware department, the icons look pretty old like we had during Mashmallow. Micromax should consider upgarding the UI to something like Nokia has to make it appealing.
The major con I could find is with the display. Such a large screen with HD+ display looks bad. Someone who is less used to might not be able to judge, but someone having used FHD+ displays can surely identify. Had the screen size been smaller, around 5.8" or 6", the display would have looked decent.
Also, the display is having some sort of burn in issues. Vertical lines can be seen in the backgound. They are more prominent in gray background.
Many users have also reported this issue. Not sure if these are defective units or this issue is prevalent to this model. Flipkart doesn't have an option for replacement, so will have to return it.

Overall, good phone for price.
I was looking for secondary phone, I have picked 1b over poco c3.
1b got clean stock Android and usb-C port, which were major points for me.
Apart from Motorola, all Chinese manufacturer pollutes their phone with bloatware and ads, just can't tolerate it.

I see the same lines on grey backgrounds but it's not display issue as these lines are not permanent, they only appear on grey shades so it must be a software issue. Not really a big problem as it is not permanent like burn in. Might get fixed in next update.

Also I would like to add in my review that the SAR Value is quite low in this model compared to other brands. Very Good phone by MMX.

I'm using this phone last 24 hours. It is running pure Android that's why I picked this phone for Rs 8000 I got the 4GB RAM 64 GB Variant and it is very good. Got OTA update after Unboxing.
Here's my initial impressions:
Big Display, 6.5 inch Notch Fullscreen, Good Display Quality.
No issues with Touch. Very Responsive.
Buttons Are Good. Dedicated Google Assistant Button.
Good Build Quality. I've the Purple Colour.
Loud Sound, Good Sound via Earphones, Calling Sound Good.
4GB RAM 64 GB ROM is enough for daily usage
Android 10 Full Version (Running Smoothly)
Best Thing is No Ads, No Bloatwares & No Useless Notification
Dual SIM + MicroSD Slot. Thumbs up.
No lags. Above Average Cameras. Good.
Fingerprint Unlock Response is Good.
Type C Port (I am Happy about this)
5000 mAh Battery (Easily 1 to 2 Days Backup Depending On Your Usage). In my case, I charged only once yesterday and still using today as of now. 10W Charging Provided.
Overall a very good phone and easily the best phone priced at 8000Rs. Better than Redmi & Realme phones priced around the same. Stock Android is very good and am huge stock Android fan because of no ads, no bloatwares and no useless distracting notification. Really happy with this phone.
Cons:
Camera UI is good but needs some polishing like sliding to change modes.
No Double Tap to unlock option.
Hope MMX consider providing these features in next OTA update. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase of this phone. Welcome back Micromax.

I have got the 4GB RAM 64 GB ROM Variant It is running full Android 10. Micromax In 1B is a great smartphone at this price range. Worthy phone. Hope Micromax updates the software and UI it needs some polishing.

Only 2GB variation is Go edition but 4GB is android 10. Please update this in your specifications.

specs are looking good, could you try similar with 5.5" screen size which is actually more handy & for single hand use, plus the LTE-2CA mode also,
