Ignore it, I have at last fixed the problem of restarting by going to Settings>Region>Country.

When I want to browse by clicking directly the e icon on the home screen the phone restarts any one to help and advice I can do?

It is a great mobile with low price and good sound quality. You can solve all problems by searching them in google. For ringtones get the application ringtone maker and zedge . From Ringtone maker you can select any tone from sd card and save it in ringtones and notifications option.
I love this mobile. it is best for kids and old people

very useful.. especially the HERE MAPS. u dont need to connect to internet or wifi. its accurate...
