my biggest problem with this phone is charging,its charging its very slow n also sometimes it doesnt take any charger other than microsoft charger

HI i have a 540 phone but within One month its so many problems, every times it is power off mode connect to the charger automatically power on again. Another issue when switch on power its stuck not going menu,two time happen this,one time i hard reset but work only 5 days only .same problem came..please any one have a solution give to me

After updating 2017 anniversary update os version 10.1.14393... Run smoothly in my phone better notification well song play back issues all where solved but missing features like no complete app lock and call recording feature have not included anniversary update much better than anniversary update i will recommend to update os version1493

2.connect phone and pc with usb
3.run recovery tool
It will require 1.6GB for download/downgrade back to 8.1 phone.
Do not unplug your usb. Do not turn off pc of internet connection of pc while downgrade. Package will be downloaded and installed automatically using your pc.
* it took me 45 minutes to download 1.6GB and for installation it took me 15 minutes. Then you back to the 8.1.
I was a 535 user. But will work with any model.

Then go to three dots...which is setting....after that its a setting...click it....and at the bottom,there are option to export ir import....its a way to copy or move...from sim to phone..

I like this phone no hanging issues like android after window 10 updation app open time will increased and i cant get phone messege notification to notification banner what is the reason? My notification setting is clear select all type of notifications!!!!!!!!
