Good phone.. The OS is awesome, & it never stucks when switching between apps... Everything runs so smooth.. But there are some problems.
The battery life is really not good..
It gets heated when using mobile data..
Sometimes when connecting to a wifi network, it shows no internet access..
Some games always lags..

Don't go for Lumia 550 (can be apply for other Microsoft phone as well).
1. Poor battery.
2. Poor touch.
3. So much hanging problem.
4. Earphone sometimes doesn't work(while it works with other phone).
5. Worst Battery socket.
6.Low sound.
7.Only good camera quality.
If you want to spend 8000 bucks for camera only then you can go, otherwise its not worth more than 2000 bucks.
I have noticed Nokia service was really far better than Microsoft.
Microsoft doesn't care about the customers.
I don't know but the same type of problems you can get for other Microsoft phone so don't go for them(personnel suggestion).
This is my third Lumia but 2 were Nokia and i am really fed up with Microsoft.

To those who "Always" complain about "How Short" the battery life of the phone, especially when you have "Switched Off" all extra features, activated "Power Saving Mode" and almost "Dont use it at all" but still "Doesn't last a day", you might want to check if you have any "Pending Software Update" in your "Phone Settings". *COMPLETE* the software update and GSMArena's battery test of 44h endurance rating will materialize. It can also last for "2 days" of standby, as in "No usage" with a full battery.
Remember that W10 Mobile is still a developing OS and received an update almost every month so check it monthly. If your battery starts draining fast again, most likely there is another update.
Hope this helps. Been using the phone for 4 months now and has been performing well.

If it give you problem if solution to it
I bought this phone if you download they say pending
1.i off the automatic update time and restart the phone and the downloading started to work
2 my phone was slow photos was not viewable WhatsApp chat was not opening and my brother told me I should change the memory card when I change it that was all
Come and see my everything is on track
